I've been coming here for a few years now and I always have a great experience with Dr. Ali and his team.

Alyssa Brunt has been my physio for almost 2 years now, starting in Dec 2021, and she is FANTASTIC; I've been to a couple other physios over the years, thanks to being hit by a taxi in NYC back in 2003, and she's definitely my favourite. She listens to me, gives me really good exercises to do, the manual work she does on me always helps, and I'm definitely seeing vast improvement - I went from barely being able to walk in Oct 2021 because of my knee finally giving out after 18 years of favouring the opposite side after that accident, to working out 4-6 times a week and being able to go on long hikes on hilly terrain with friends. She's also been helping me with a congenital issue with my shoulder/neck that has gotten progressively worse over the past decade, but is now improving VASTLY because of her help - as is my chronic back pain, as a result of the work we've been doing on my hip to correct my knee issue. (She also does pelvic floor physio, though I've never used her for that type of treatment - having done it with someone else prior to starting with her - so if anyone is specifically looking for that type of treatment, she can do it.)

Full disclosure: I also see a chiropractor and an osteopath who is also an RMT, and I find the three of them in combination work really well for my chronic pain management, since my pain is getting less and less over time (but it takes PATIENCE! And actually doing the exercises and stretches you're given CONSISTENTLY!)

Oh - I also saw Alex Misiak, the team's chiropodist, once to consult on my foot/ankle issues (stemming from the same accident in 2003), and she is also excellent - just be aware that she is not the type of chiropodist to do physical manipulations herself, and will refer you to a chiropractor to do them instead. But her analysis of my alignment and gait to advise on whether I needed new custom insoles were very good (I had been seeing a different chiropodist who DID do manipulations, but who sold her practice and retired - and I wasn't sure I trusted that team any longer, so was basically getting a second opinion).

AND I got massage therapy for a while from someone who doesn't appear to be on the team anymore.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Village Rehab Team, and even though I've moved across the city, still drive all the way there every month to see Alyssa because she is worth the commute. Trust me.

I broke my hip in 2019, after completing my physio later that year I still walked very wonky. I came I to Village Rehab to see Dr Ali. With twice a month visits I can say you cannot tell that I ever had a full hip replacement. Dr Ali is the best doctor I have ever been to, he is a warm caring man and very knowledgeable in the field of chiropractic and acupuncture rehabilitation, I highly recommend coming to see him, you will not be disappointed.

Yuliana at the Village Rehab Team provided me with a top quality massage. She was attentive when asking about my specific needs and was very skilled and thorough in practice. I feel so much better. Thanks!

I was few minutes early was accommodated immediately. My health practioner greeted me warmly and inquired “ How was I doing? ” When I responded with with a laundry list of health concerns that were not related to the treatment I was there for. He listened attentive and responded with helpful advice and referral to appropriate sources. I am very happy with my ongoing treatments which have improved my daily function immensely.

I have been seeing Dr. Ali and his team since 2016. They do it all and they do it so well! I love that the team always works together and knows exactly what's going on between chiro, physio & massage. I came initially for severe low back pain and have since continued for maintenance. Recently I was in a car accident and I am so glad I am able to benefit from their expertise for that as well.

I had a severe lower back pain and had never visited any chiropractor before. I am glad I went to this clinic and Dr. Ali identified the exact problem in my lower back and fixed it from the root cause and It took only few weeks till I started to feel back to normal. He is very patient, friendly and will be very happy to address all your queries. Very highly recommend his service at the clinic.

Bonnie is extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond to arrange and fill appointments that are cancelled at the last minute. And David is a fantastic physiotherapist who has fixed me numerous times with various sports injuries, can’t recommend the Village Rehab Team enough!

I can’t state enough how happy I am with my experience at Village Rehab Team, and more specifically with my physiotherapist Lesley!

I started to see Lesley in the end of 2022 to deal with neck and shoulder pain. My pain had caused me a lot of headaches and I constantly felt tense, and as a fitness enthusiast I was frustrated about the pain as it restricted me in the gym. From my first visit, there were no doubts that Lesley was going to be able to give me the tools I needed to deal with the pain.

I’ve been treated previously for neck pain but I’ve always ended up not doing all the exercises because the exercise programs have been too long and/or complicated. This was NOT the case with the exercises Lesley gave me. They were simple exercises that didn’t take me long to do, and the exercise program together with weekly, and then biweekly, treatments with Lesley, made my headaches go away quicker than what I thought was possible.

Not only is Lesley extremely professional and knowledgeable - she’s also caring, fun and just in general an amazing person that I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to if I ever experience pain again.

My partner got a last minute massage from one of Lesley’s colleagues to treat a sudden back pain he got, and immediately got better so I can confidently say that we are both happy with our experiences at Village Rehab Team, and we genuinely feel so lucky to live steps away from an amazing rehab center!:)

I highly recommend Village Rehab Team, specifically Dr. Ali Kheradmand and Alyssa Brunt for anyone who needs physiotherapy, acupuncture treatments for sports-related injuries. I have been seeing them regularly since October 2022 for a meniscus injury. I was worried about not being able to play basketball again, but with their help, I have improved significantly without needing surgery.

Dr. Ali and Alyssa are both very knowledgeable and skilled in their fields. They specialize in sports medicine and have provided me with excellent care and personalized treatment plans that have been effective in addressing my injury. They have a deep understanding of the unique demands and challenges that sports injuries can present, which has been a tremendous asset in my recovery.

I appreciate their professionalism and the attention they give to their patients. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and answer any questions I have. They are also very responsive to feedback and adjust their treatment plans as needed.

I have found the clinic to be very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and supportive. I feel very comfortable and at ease during my appointments.

Overall, I am very pleased with the care I have received at this clinic. Dr. Ali and Alyssa have helped me improve my knee function, which has allowed me to continue to participate in the activities I love. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs physiotherapy and especially for sports-related injuries.

Rob Small is an AMAZING RMT! If you're looking for an effective therapeutic massage, Rob is the perfect massage therapist for you. He has an ability to hone in on every little trigger point with surgical precision. He is also incredibly nice and always makes me feel very comfortable. I've been seeing him for years, absolutely one of the best manual therapists out there, highly recommend!

Alex has treated both my toddler & I. She is amazing, just so knowledgeable and generous with her time. You never feel rushed or like an issue has been left uncovered. Thank you Alex for all the hard work you do!

This has been the best addition to my health routine! I am always stiff/tense and hold a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders and back, but Dr. Ali Kheradmand was able to figure out the issue right off the bat.

He is not just a kind and wonderful person, but also truly an expert. I have always lived with some pain in my upper body and didn't even know I had a chronic issue with my back until I went to him. So far I have had three sessions with him and I have already felt a massive difference in my upper body - it's night and day compared to a month ago. He took the time in explaining to me exactly what was causing the pain in my back, and despite the chronic issue, I am confident that this is the best treatment I am getting. He also insists on doing specific exercises at home, between appointments, to keep up with the treatment.

I cannot recommend Dr. Ali enough. Don't go anywhere else!

Dr Ali was fantastic. A wealth of knowledge and experience for sure. He knew exactly what my lower back issue was right off the hop! He put me in the right mental space and set realistic goals for me and my lumbar issues. I went into the office barely even able to bend over, now months later after following simple instructions, I'm well on my way to recovery and living with less pain. Also, the staff at Village Rehab are very friendly and accommodating. Very useful resource after being referred to by my family doctor!

I suffer from a chronic pain condition and have been getting treated here for almost a year now. Everyone at the clinic- right from Dr. Ali and David to Bonnie are very warm and on top of their game. How soon you see a positive difference will depend on the nature of your problem but I would definitely recommend considering them if you want to receive good care with professionalism and compassion.

DR. Ali is amazing, He takes time to see you even when he is busy. You can tell he is a doctor because of his Desire to Help People. I also love talking to Bonnie, She always looks after me and checks up on me after my treatment. Any time I need help she figures it out and helps me get in to take care of the pain. I drive all the way from King City because they are truly the best and care about each on of their patients. 5 stars!

Ive tried so many times to get an appointment here but their system is total garbage.
- They do not answer the phone
- They almost never call back and when they do the appointments are really far into the future. (Called back once on 5 attempts)
- Their website is just a form with the same results as calling them.

The Village Rehab Team is kindness personified, across the board. From the minute you're booked in by Bonnie, you're taken care of; the team is my first call (and referral) for physiotherapy and acupuncture.

Dr. Ali and David have done an extremely well job in helping me improve my shoulder/neck aches. Even when new issues occur upon a visit they take care of the problem right away.

Highly recommend if you’ve been to other physio/chiro places and are not seeing results.

Bonnie the medical receptionist works above and beyond. She works 5 days a week 12-13 hrs per day! Always on the move. Greeting her clients in a very cheerful way. Always efficient with regards to room assignments for patients. Very fast and efficient with billing and booking of appointments. I never have any problem getting into an appointment if I request one. Would provide you all the options in a cheerful and timely manner. Always looking out for the best interest of her clients and best interest of the doctor and people she works with. Never a dull moment with Bonnie! I give her a raise if I was Dr. Ali! She deserves it bec she is a hard worker and very reliable at her job. I give her 10 stars out 10 if I can. Great experience here at the rehab! It starts with the receptionist up to the treatment and the time you leave with the receipt or invoice in your email. The reminders are great and on time. It is really excellent service here at the rehab team. I highly recommend to go here for Chiropractor, chiropodist, physio and massage therapy. Excellent service and I go in all of them. Cheers! David is an excellent physiotherapist; he explains each exercise with clarity, and provides great support both physically and mentally
My knee was in really bad shape before I started physio, and now after a handful of sessions my knee has seen major improvement.
He is professional and personable, I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a physiotherapist.

Dr Ali is incredible. I had been going to a different chiropractor for 5 years for neck pain. I had never had a pain free day in the last 5 years. Everyday the pain was almost to the point that I couldn’t function on a daily basis. After two visits with Dr Ali for chiropractic and acupuncture treatment, I am still in disbelief. I have had more pain free days in the past two weeks than the past 5 years. He always has such a great enthusiastic energy, clearly explains everything he is doing/wants to do, and gives me the homework on what to do until the next visit. I visited on the recommendation of a friend, and are so thankful I did. He has improved my quality of life so much!

This team is all fantastic. Bonnie is incredibly accommodating with schedules and never seems to forget a face and the team is incredibly thorough. Ali, Lesley, Alyssa, Rob are always able to fix me! Worth the trip, even if you live further away (like me).

I was referred to Dr. Ali by my family doctor about an ongoing disk issue. The level of of service and professionalism is hard to get elsewhere. He was happy to answer questions over email and best of all Dr. Ali is just a down to earth guy. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I came for massage relaxation therapy and was seen by Rachel, RMT. The massage was relaxing and helped with my tense shoulders and lower back. She also advised me to follow up with stretches for my tense muscles. The receptionist Bonnie is very professional and friendly.

I have been seeing Amanda for physiotherapy for an injury and she has made an enormous difference to my recovery. Not only thoughtful and knowledgeable but such a great personality to work with! Bonnie at reception has been amazing as well, always reminding me when I need to book more appointments because she knows I need them weekly and Amanda books up quickly. Highly recommend!

I have now been seen Dr. Ali twice for a lower back injury that has persisted for 6 months. I have tried various treatments and advice prior with no discernible improvement. He was able to advise a course of action that has improved my condition significantly. I remain extremely grateful for the support.

I have been seeing David for a few years now and he honestly works magic on me. I'm a hairstylist for 20 years and experience so much lower back and hip pain and every once and awhile my back will spasm and He will come to my rescue. I also love that he has so much experience in so many different techniques. Whatever I need he can do, and I always feel so much better after I see him. I have just signed up to see him every other week to maintain my physical health and wellness so that I can continue to do the things I love.

I started coming to the Village Rehab Team after going through a tibia ORIF surgery as a result of being struck by a car while crossing a street. Working with Ali & David has been the best decision I've made! They both genuinely care about their patients and I trust them completely. I seriously have no words to explain the 5 stars but I’ve been going here somehow often since 2019 and they all are amazing! Receptionists, Chiro, Accu, Physio, Massage, Chiropodist all get 5 stars and I usually only give reviews when either a place is really good or really bad, so trust me when I say they are all really good!

Physician after experiencing horrible back and nerve pain down my left side. After one visit with Doctor Ali I was given the tools/exercises to end my nerve pain altogether within a matter of weeks.

I definitely would not be as mobile as I am today without the village rehab team.

Village Rehab is a fantastic clinic with a wide range of options for different types of care. Dr Ali (concussion therapy) and David (physiotherapy) are incredible medical professionals who provide effective, thorough and personal care and Bonnie (reception) is a ray of sunshine who makes the potentially stressful administration side of things a pleasure. This team truly works as a team and I feel completely taken care of every time I go in. I can’t recommend Village Rehab enough, everyone should have this kind of care. It’s the gold standard.

Dr. Ali has been treating my knee injury for a couple of weeks now, and I am seeing significant improvement. He is very knowledgeable when explaining the process on how to properly treat the injury. Dr. Ali has been treating my lower back for some time now and I must say I have seen tremendous improvement. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does, i will highly recommend him.

As instructed by him, I followed the post consultation stretches and my back pain has reduced in just 2 days from my 1st visit. Dr. Ali is a friendly and chilled out person, so you will feel like you are getting treated by a friend who is good at what he is doing.

They are kind, generous, wonderful to work with and have been VERY effective in healing my back injury. My chronic pain is all but gone in one month of treatment with them! The team at Village Rehab have absolutely changed my life.

After an unexpected and bad break to my ankle  (during the middle of covid) I visited the team to begin my rehab at 8 weeks post surgery and was quickly put on a full treatment plan and began my therapy. I had regular treatments with Dr. Ali who helped coordinate physio with Alyssa and massage with Rob.
At my 2 month follow up with my surgeon he was blown away at my progress and said I had achieved 6 months of recovery in a third the time. The team's support and expert care has been amazing and I am so thankful.
