I went for a 60 minute massage and cupping treatment with Tyler who is quite new to the clinic. He was phenomenal. Great pressure with absolutely no hesitation, and he really focused on exactly what my body needed. As a human, he’s also very personable and easy to talk to!

The new space also feels so light and airy. Very welcoming!

I see Tyler whenever I am struggling with body pain. His expertise and focused approach always provides me with relief when I'm struggling. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Tyler if you are dealing with frequent pain or an injury!

The place is very warm and inviting. You do feel like you’re here to get a spa treatment. My therapist, Tarah, was knowledgeable and amazing. She helped me with my problem areas and suggested some exercises to cope with them. The pressure was perfect and I loved the treatment. Definitely going back.

Bonus tip- they directly charge to your insurance provider, which is a huge plus for me.

I had my first massage with Miss Tarah Campbell and she was amazing! She was so good at releasing my pain points especially after I injured myself from bouldering and constant working out doing boxing and bouldering. It doesn't help I work with computers so my back and neck is so bad! She was so professional! She heard my problems and knew how to help release my knots and I even walked away knowing some exercises to help release some of the pain at home.

Tarah was amazing, she did a great job. The massage was for my neck and back pain, she explained the process clearly and made sure I am comfortable with the amount of pressure. Also she taught few exercises that would help me in long run. I highly recommend her.

She didn’t just give me a general massage, she assessed my current situation and gave me a plan to get it healthier. First experience for a massage but was great! Highly recommend Melanie! She took the time to explain what I was to expect and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She also provided me with some strategies to reduce stress on a regular basis and showed me how to stretch different muscles.

Laura is the Supreme Goddess of massage. I've thrown my back out at work twice and also around the house doing heavy lifting with chores. Each time, she has worked her magic and made my back, neck and shoulders just like NEW! These are my problem areas, and I tend to carry the weight of the world on my shoulders. My massage therapist, Melanie is awesome! She gives the best massages. The mini portable heaters used during the winters are quite loud, but otherwise the place is very comfortable and clean.

The Circulatory and Fascial Release Treatment was absolutely amazing! Before the treatment I went in with a super tense body, I was sore and my my mind wasn’t centred. I came out of the treatment feeling relaxed, much looser, my skin felt so warm and was perfectly pink from the circulation. I 100% recommend this treatment to everyone!

Alicia treated my sore muscles/areas of concern effectively and professionally. I will continue to see Alicia for my massage treatments. The best RMT experience I have had!

Laura, her team, and the now two facilities are top notch. I have enjoyed the benefits of RMT massages for almost 20 years and have experienced massages from at least 40 different providers. Laura Sara's technique, knowledge, personality and genuine interest in her clients health is second to none. My wife sees Marcus, and we've each referred friends and family and all can't say enough good about their experiences at Village Roots. After I moved from Whitby to Thornhill, I still make the trip back to Village Roots at least once a month! Highly recommend!

By far the best massage therapy clinic in Durham region and I would go as far as to say in the GTA. I’ve been going to this clinic for years and have been seeing Markus (absolutely amazing) on a regular basis. Laura is also beyond fantastic and my son see’s her regularly as well. I suffer from a number of back issues and Markus always seems to find my trouble areas immediately. Professional, friendly but more importantly skilled at what they do. I highly recommend this clinic.
