Food was great, service was better. Quite busy night and they still took good care of us, also accommodated our 7month old twin nephews. The Arancini and Carmine pizza were 10/10. Would definitely go back.

If you are looking for the true Italian experience than look no further. I am Italian and this reminded me of my mothers homemade food. There is no better than this place Gustavo our waiter was five star. He cared and his heart shone thru… The homemade gnocchi is one of a kind.

First time there and it was amazing food was out of this world pizza was very good pasta omg cheesecakes was amazing nick our server was kind friendly anything we wanted he treated us like family highly recommend

Ordered a salmon. Comes with potatoes and other veggies. Asked to substitute a few more carrots instead of having potatoes. Waitress comes back and says sorry you have to order a side of carrots if you want to substitute more carrots with potatoes. I was blown away and asked if she was serious. I'm shocked they couldn't substitute potatoes for carrots. Will never go here again. They lost a customer and a local one too. I won't however complain about the food, its certainly worth it. I'm not hard to please but i drew the line in this one.
And to think we spent $500 for 4 adults and two kids, and we bought bottles of wine, and other stuff we didn't even finish eating and they still couldn't add a few more carrots!

Beautiful place with wonderful food and service. Dinning here is an experience To be enjoyed with people you love or like alot. Get the appetizers, share some dishes try everything.

Food was absolutely delicious and moderately priced. Service was fantastic. We loved sitting on the patio too. Will definitely go back.

Rob our server was very polite and helpful with helping us choose our menu. Beautiful atmosphere and amazing food.

Mussels were excellent.we shared as an appetizer. My pasta dish, however, was not good at all. Half the pasta was al dente, and the other half was hard, ie.not even al dente.it was HARD. They offered to remake, but I didn't feel like waiting another half hour for my meal, plus the service was questionable. 2 waiters, but neither one seemed specifically assigned to us. The good (the mussels) did not outweigh the bad on this occasion, but it is unlikely there will be another occasion. Prior to the pandemic we had wonderful experiences at Villagio. I am saddened by today's experience.

Everything was SO salty. And the pizza tasted like a costco pizza, at best.

The server was also very serious and stern, not very inviting or friendly at all.

Definitely not worth the price

We are a group of 5 couples. Every Saturday we try new places and if we like a place we go back more than once.
We almost always are able to split the bills between the couples. We find it easier to pay, rather than have to calculate.
We came to Villagio based on online reviews. Let me tell you few things about this place.
Although the service was ok, we were asked to pay 18% tip because we are a larger group. We said no worries, makes sense. When we asked, as we always do, to split the bill for each couple to pay we were told that they will add another 4% to the tip. Now, If it was just my self and maybe another friend or 2, we would kindly tell them to forget about it, and we would simply get up and leave.
Really? Going out to a restaurant gets more and more expensive by the minute. On top, there is hardly the option of choosing the percentage you think is right for the service you get. No, now they start you w 18% and more. 4% more tip for what? The extra 10 seconds it takes to print 4 more bills?
The food was nothing to write home about. I ordered a Ceasars and it was not creamy but rather very lemony, the fillet of fish my husband got was spiced right but had bones we had to deal with, and my mushroom pasta.don't let me start on that.
Bottom line, we all left with a bitter taste in our mouths and disappointment in our hearts.
Also, if u want to carry a conversation, that's out of the question coz it's very loud there

Food was ok, but if u are big party and planing on separate bills I would avoid this restaurant. While 18% service to the bill become normal for table of 6 and more at this place they added 4% to that - total 22% for the simple request of separates bills! Needless to say it left us with bitter taste and we probably won’t be back

We had a dinner reservation on Saturday and our entire experience was fantastic! We requested a patio spot, and it was perfect. Our dinner was amazing. Every dish we ordered was exceptional, which is not something that happens very often. Our server Paul did a great job, everything was timed perfectly and everyone had a great time. We will for sure be back!

Went for dinner last night beautiful atmosphere food was very good. We didn’t order very much a few appetizers and a pizza and a salad It was myself and a friend you would think to bring out our appetizers first calamari and polenta fries so that we could eat them hot and then our pizza and our salad but no he brings everything out at once and so eventually things got cold and so we didn’t really enjoy our pizza though it was good we didn’t enjoy a cold pizza. I think the servers need a little bit more etiquette, and how to serve a table.

We were there for Mother's Day dinner, so it was very atypical. The food was great but the choices were narrow. It was also way too loud.
I'd want to go back on a regular night to see what it's really like.

Service was courteous, atmosphere was family oriented and the drinks and food were delicious

Food was alright and service before getting seated was awful. We made reservations were 5 minutes early and it still took an extra 30-35 minutes to be seated.

The pizza with the mushrooms, white sauces and sausage was amazing - everything else fell a little flat. Was disappointed with the food unfortunately but hoping to come back and try it again incase it was just a one off.
