I was heavily disappointed by my facial appointment. Despite booking an express facial, I was upsold by the esthetician after she took a look at my complexion. It was super non-chalant like “yup, it’s really dirty and dry, how about we do the hydrafacial and glow? ” I had to inquire about the extra time and $170 upgrade otherwise it would have been a surprise at checkout. I caved thinking it’ll be a nice treat. During the facial, they brought up the multi package over and over again. I understand it’s their job to bring it up, but they pushed it at least six times in the course of one treatment. Worst yet, by the time I was done, my face didn’t feel cleaner, refreshed or softer. In fact, I took a look at the mirror and was a bit stunned at how swollen and shiny I appeared, but I was assured it’ll look great within a day. Whelp, it’s two days later so the swelling is down, but the extractions left SCABS on my face. I’ve never had scabs from an extraction before and have had better facials for a third of the price. The esthetician may have been nice and spent extra time on me, but it was not a good facial and I don’t recommend this place.

The staff is very professional and communicate well with you addressing any issues you may have along with keeping you comfortable through it all. I got skin tags done and they are all gone! I definitely recommend this spa.

Super clean and well kept spa! I was really impressed by the professionalism along with how friendly the staff were. Parth helped me choose the best skin care products to help fit my needs and all I can say is my face has never looked better!

This spa is hands down my favourite place to go to when I want to relax
and refresh my face. I love making their Hydrafacials apart from my skincare routine. They are very knowledgeable about their services and they have high-tech machines that have positive results on my skin health. I have no idea what wax they used just burned my upper lip area. I was very happy from them this time after lockdown when i went the new lady messed up with my eyebrows aswell and got really bad reaction from there wax. Very disappointed.

I had eye brows threading done here and they have done a great job. It was quick and both sides are very balanced and shaped nicely.

Price is reasonable at $10 + tax.

I have been a regular customer of vimi spa regarding threading and waxing. I want to mention about their staff Bhumi who does my eyebrows. She is very talented and gives a magic touch to my eyebrows. The owners are very courteous and always ready to cooperate and make me feel comfortable.

Please check out this laser place! It’s the only laser place That actually works I really stubborn hair - I noticed results immediately. Definitely worth it as I’ve been to other clinics And don’t see the same results.

Very poor service, I had my laser hair removal 1st session for full body and face even after the treatment there was hairs all over the body and face looks like their machine is not working or they did not do it properly. When I confronted them they said we can remove it from razor. If I had to remove it from razor why would i pay 280$ to you though i paid the money and walked out. Please do not waste your money for hair removal service at this place. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately i cannot add one more review so editing this one,
I have emailed vimi salon and never got response, even msged and called they did not answer my call.
I emailed them with this complaint for refund. They told in the below email that we have to shave and come. Even the areas i had shaved there were hairs same as before no change so they did not do it properly, also after the treatment my whole body started itching.i have friends who did laser from Mississauga and shared their experiences and pictures they got very good results. I have asked for refund but now they are ignoring me and not responding back. Lastly i dont want to take this case further so i am writing to people as many as i know about this incident so that people are aware and spend their money wisely. I will post pictures of the hairs left after the treatment on facebook groups. Please follow there to see the reality.

I recently tried Coolsculpting at Vimi and the experience was terrific. I had never tried it before and visited a consulted a number of local businesses before settling on Vimi; they’re simply the best. The staff at Vimi actually cares about your physical health and don’t push you to do anything that could be damaging. Their office is nice, bright and clean, staff very friendly. I really appreciated their health-first focus, some businesses had been recommending Coolsculpting as an alternative to diet and exercise. In reality it should be used to help you achieve the look you want by targeting problem areas that are unaffected by regular diet and exercise; think stubborn fat. Vimi’s process is also Health Canada and FDA approved unlike cheaper alternatives you may find.

The procedure itself is quick (about 30 minutes) and painless, albeit uncomfortable, but only for a few minutes at the start of each session. They’ve got a really comfortable bed and large TV for you to keep you entertained during the procedure. Afterwards you need to trust it will take many weeks before results are visible, this part is hard. During the first 2-3 weeks there’s a numbing sensation on the treated areas, it doesn’t hurt but stretchy pants are your friend. Then you’ve got another 2-3 weeks where nearly nothing changes and you start to panic, be patient. In my experience I didn’t start seeing any noticeable change until the 5th week and that continued to the 7th week where my results seemingly settled.

Every body is different and results will vary but for me, it was very effective. There’s one small area I might consider another application but for the most part I’m thrilled with the results. It’s gotten me closer to my ideal body shape. For anyone struggling I’d highly recommend booking a consultation and learning more. It’s not miracle but it can really help you when diet and exercise isn’t enough. Coolsculpting combined with a proper diet and exercise routine is a game changer.

I am currently amid doing the laser treatment at Vimi, and I have absolutely no results. I have done a total of 7 treatments, and I see the hair coming back, and dare I say it’s more than what I started with. I am frustrated, and when I went a couple weeks ago for the treatment (my 7th) I told the lady that she should compensate for the irregularities due to COVID lockdown, but she didn’t even acknowledge what I was saying. She even missed a whole section the last time I went, I had to go back to re-do that area. I paid $500 for my treatment, and it literally went down the drain. They promised me results, and now I’m in a worse position than what I had started with. I am going to demand my money back.because during the consultation, the owner promised me results. I do not recommend Vimi for laser treatment, they are pricey, have no communication, and after all that 0 results. Trust me guys, AVOID THEM!

WOW! I stumbled upon this clinic after researching a clinic that sells my favorite ZO line of anti aging products. My old clinic was closed. From the moment I got on the phone with who I assumed was the owner, I was greeted with professionalism and acknowledgement of what I was looking for. He guided my to his location. When I arrived the products I wanted were waiting for me at front desk. I was greeted by the head skin care nurse who answered all my questions! She helped me find additional products to what I was looking for. To me, there is no price tag on anti-aging products, and after many trails and errors the ZO line re: Orbagi is my favorite. I look forward to that youthful glow, and everyone always telling me how young I look, and asking what I use (I'm 33). Today's phone call made me feel confident and trust > no up-selling was used. Just guidance which I appreciate that there was no pressure or UP-SELLING. I would defiantly recommend Vimi in the future! Also best prices I've seen so far!

Used to come for laser and got good result so I am doing coolsculpting with Radha now! Lets see what results I get! Seem to be very trustworthy. I had issue with which cleanser to purchase and Radha gave me samples to take home. She squeezed it out of a bottle for me and put it in a container because there skincare line doesnt give samples which is odd! Great cleanser though!

Very unprofessional people from managment to estetician. Went in for a facial, wasn't ask any questions about my skin, and left alone for over 20 minutes with a mask on my face. Same night developed a bad rush all over my face and neck. Next day my face was peeling and had dry spots on my right eye lip and cheeks. My redness was so bad and itchy that I had to go and visit my doctor as an emergency. After complaining I received a text message from the " customer service manager" and when I asked some information about the products took him 3 hours to send it to me. But when I asked the name and credentials of the estetician I got the dark silence. I m sure she is not qualified and this is the reason why they stop communicating with me. I will reporting them to both the BBB and FTC.

Come to this spa to see Mittu. She has been doing my upper lip wax for 4 years now.or could be 5 but definitely a long time! I travel the world and still Vimi is the best of the best for threading. She advised me to get Upperlip laser hair removal done. I am going to think about it but I trust her completely. Go to this place for threading & ask for mittu! THANK ME LATER

Came in today for eyebrows after reading all the reviews online and they actually do a good job for 6$. I left telling them they should increase the price! Its too cheap

I went to Vimi in Markham today to get eyebrow threading done. First time here and had a great experience. Eyebrows look great and customer service was great too. May be going back real soon to try the laser hair removal.

I have been to this spa for all sorts of facial and lately one time had a bad experience. I mentioned that at the front desk, the lady is so professional that she offered me another treatment free of cost. That's professional!
They always try to manage and take me in right away. I really like their costumer care. Will recommend and go there again

I got my hair removal here for my under arms and it wasn’t bad. When reading the reviews I was very surprised to see how many negative comments there were. When I went to go get my service done, The staff there were very nice and there were about three staff on the Monday I was there.

The facility is quite clean itself, and the prices are very reasonable. Though I would say to make sure that you know how much you will spend here and what you’re getting, because they try to upsell me (which is good in a business point of view but bad on my bank account lol).

However before the laser removal session I actually did a cool sculpting session as well, and I would just say to keep an eye on promotions because they do have a lot of promotions for these session. Otherwise, go ahead and try it out!

I had a Hydrafacial done on Monday by Radha, who is very knowledgeable, friendly and sweet. When I arrived my first impression was a clean and relaxed environment. I had my skin analyzed and every step was explained to me by Radha. The Hydrafacial was a pleasant experience and I felt very relaxed at the end. So cool that you get to see the stuff that came out of your pores! I don’t usually do facials for myself so this was quite the experience for me. Radha made me feel relaxed and informed me what I should and should not be using on my face. The thing I felt good about was there was no pressure to buy any products. There was recommendations but no pressure. I would definitely come back and see Radha again!

Radha has been taking care of my skin for more than two months now. She is very accommodating, amazing attention to details and She listens to her clients needs. My skin is amazing. I do hydrafacial and other laser treatment from Vimi Spa Markham. She would only recommend treatments that you need for you skin. I am very grateful that she answers all my questions regarding skin care. Zo Skin care is a must try product. If you want to have the best version of your skin invest on Zo Skin Care Line. The place is really clean and have a competitive price. I would suggest to get their Packages to save money on whatever treatment you like.

I highly recommend Vimi for their services of waxing, as well as threading of eyebrows. I've been going there for almost 3 years now, and see Mitu. She is so caring, and efficient at what she does. The spa is organized and clean.

Fariba did a fabulous job with my hair. She took the time to look up styles that would suit my face and I trusted her with going 'drastic' -the result with fantastic!
