From the moment you open the door to this amazing clinic, you are greeted with smiles and a hello. There is a very comfortable area for you to sit while waiting for your appointment. Everyone is so kind, professional and helpful here. Doctor Bertucci is such a perfectionist, which I appreciate so much. He will not let you leave the office until he/you is 100% happy with his work!

I’ve been going to Dr Bertucci for 10 years and he’s just amazing. He really knows his stuff! Recently I went to him for facial treatment and he noticed I had lice (how embarrassing). I had been going to doctors and allergy specialist for 6 months and no one had spotted this. I was losing my mind as I was itching and breaking out in hives not sleeping, so the allergist put me on medication as they believed I had some kind of allergy. Meanwhile it took one visit to Dr Bertucci and he spotted it right away! Dr Bertucci never said a thing to me in his office as he didn’t want to embarrass me in front of other staff. Once I got home he called me to let me know! This isn’t even in his field and he was able to bring the madness I was suffering to end in an instant. He’s my hero! The staff treat you like family and are ALL just amazing people! Dr Bertucci really cares about your needs. He’s never pushy and just gives you the best advice for the best results! He’s very kind and approachable! Anyone would love his work and the experience you get when you are there. He goes above and beyond! He is super busy and I totally understand why! He treats each client like you’re his only client not just like a number. I am forever grateful to Dr Bertucci!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, but still in shock about the way Dr. Velykoredko treated me. She was rude, cut me off several times, made assumptions and lacked bedside manner. I can't believe how I was treated, avoid this place if you can.

Always very happy with my treatments. Dr. Bertucci takes the time to know his patients and never rushes. His staff are pleasant and competent.

This place is very fake. They put on a front but actually don't care about their patients, at least in MY experience. Every time I go in I have to be ready to wait 30 minutes for my appointment to start no matter what. One time I was the first appointment of the day and I STILL had to wait 15 minutes because my doctor came in late and she was just casually chatting with the receptionists about her day and how she went to wash her car before work. I understand that people have their own lives but this is not a one time thing with this place. They can't expect people to wait 30 minutes each visit. What makes it worse is that they don't have patience for other people! I was running late one time and they told me they couldn't take me! Why turn me away from a scheduled appointment for being 10 minutes late when I'll probably be waiting 30 minutes anyway.

He never once tried to oversell me on treatments and I felt that he was very honest. I love my results! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.

Dr. Bertucci does an amazing job at welcoming patients to his clinic, educating them on the different cosmetic options, giving honest and realistic expectations and performing very natural-looking results with his injectables. He cares about his patients and staff, and has implemented very smart and cautious COVID-19 safety measures. I feel very confident being under Dr. Bertucci's care.

When you visit with Dr. Bertucci, you are dealing with a highly skilled dermatologist and leader in his field. This is not a salon service provider. His fees are commensurate with his skill level. His treatment approach provides a balance of sound medical knowledge, aesthetics as well as realistic expectations. He has built a team of very professional and welcoming staff members.

Service is pretty bad.had to wait at least 15-30 min every single time I had an appointment. I assumed it was because appointments got slowly backed up throughout the day but one day when I made the first appointment of the day right at opening, I realize its because doctors come in late themselves and take their time before seeing patients.its funny because I was told I would not be able to go through with my appointment when I was just 10 min late so.they obviously do not have enough care and consideration for their patients' time.the treatment was also not super helpful, they barely looked at my skin before creating a treatment plan for acne that didn't even work that well.overall dont like how they treat patients.

BEST IN NORTH AMERICA.
I have used Dr. Bertucci a number of times and he came highly recommended to me from a large group of women that had amazing experiences with him. I too have recommended him to folks based on my experience and they all love him. His work is beautiful and very natural. He is an artist that does really exceptional work. When I was recommended to him I was told he was the best in North America. I wouldn't doubt that based on my experience and the many many experiences I have heard.

I was referred to Dr. Bertucci by my family doctor.

Good: Didn't wait for a long time. There is parking in the building.

Not Good: Be aware that sofas and chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable, hard to get up specially for seniors.
You have to pay for parking.

Not Good: Like some other comments I read, Dr. Bertucci refused to take me as a patient. Thought he will use nice words, basically it is 'I'm not going to fix errors that somebody else made'. He pick his clients very carefully, taking in consideration risk and money. Most dermatologist now are making a lot of money with Botox and other type of cosmetic treatments, why taking an OHIP patient?

Wonderful experience! Dr. Bertucci and his staff are consummate professionals. I’ve had 2 Botox and Filler procedures to date and I am thrilled with the results. I feel like I gained back a more youthful appearance and I thank Dr. Bertucci every time I look in the mirror! I will be a client for life! Highly recommended!

Amazing clinician, very particular about his results. He takes time, listens and provides his view. He isn’t pushy and I never feel like I’m being “sold”. At times, he runs late, but I appreciate that he’s taking his time with another patient. When it’s my turn, he then provides a comprehensive visit. Results provide subtle changes and never has me looking over done.

Dr Bertucci is the best I’ve tried other places but nothing compares. The results I get are amazing! Very natural looking

I wish I could give this place less than 1 Star. I went once ten years ago and Bertucci himself was awful. Went twice recently and both experiences were the same- When discussing the treatment my family doctor put me on (rather than these guys, because it took almost a whole year to get an appointment with a doctor at this place) I was told that I should be speaking to the doctor who referred me rather than the girl I saw. What? Why should I be talking to my GP about a skin condition rather than a dermatologist? I guess second opinions are not something anyone at this practice has ever heard of. The doctor I saw clearly had no interest in taking me on a patient. Someone else had put me on a treatment, som she didn’t care. I wasn’t HER patient. I hope my doctor does not refer anyone else to this practice. And I hope they don’t treat anyone else with as little dignity as I was treated with. If you have been referred, please reconsider.
