I was looking for motorcycle insurance & had contacted just about everyone in the province who offers it, including a different Desjardins agent. I had already written off Desjardins as I was told they couldn't offer what I was looking for. Not only were they able to offer exactly what I wanted, but they were able to do it 15% less than anybody else! After looking at options for things I have insured elsewhere, I'll be moving more of my stuff to this team once those renewals come around. Lucas went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, offer advice on things I should consider (which I'll take him up on), and even at the end of the day was able to have my policy in place for the same day so I could enjoy my new toy! Never thought I'd rate insurance at 5* but this was by far the best interaction with setting up a new policy that I've seen in 30 years of driving.

Awesome service! Super nice staff at times would give a 5 star but one employee named Stefanie Pequeneza was quite rude and doesn't respect customers, which was quite disappointing. I've requested to speak to someone by their name whom was familiar with my claimcase and she continued to refused to transfer me even after many requests to do so (she even confirmed the person i was looking to talk to was not busy and was in the office that time and moment) she continued and asked if i was even a client and claims she was a little lost that morning? She could not give me a valid reason why she couldn't transfer me, she simply didn't want to do it, she didn't want to help. I had to hang up and personally email the person I was trying to contact and get them to call me instead.would give a 5 star but because of this unprofessional disappointing moment it's 3 Stars for me. I've expected some kind of respect as all the other employees give and do.she did NOT do her best.it made me not want to call that place anymore.

Stefanie Schaefer-Pequeneza was a huge help with answering questions we had with our policy. She was able to take care of everything we needed - and even helped us secure a credit for our account. Stefanie was a pleasure to work with!

Very impressed with the customer service. I had made an error with a payment and worked with Stefanie to resolve it. She treated me with kindness and compassion and was able to solve the issue with minimal stress.

They dont care about their clients. Cancled due to non payment from employees incompetence. Asked to change my payment date 3 weeks in advanceto better suit my schedule i was told it went through. Ended up missing that payment because it wasn't actually moved. Sent them an email again 2 weeks in advance with an updated direct deposit slip as i changed banks. That was never processed and my payment was once again late. The third time i made an honest mistake and forgot to transfer money in time. Made the payment as soon as they would let me. Then Canceled for non payment. I have proof of all of this. But they dont care they just want to charge me more.

A bunch of crocks. Canceled me for non payment due to errors they had made, that i had to pay for. They gave me a quote to "re-write" and only a few days later the quote went up $360. Needless to say they only care about money and not their clients.

Very bad insurance company do not take deals from them. They dont give claims.i will highly not recommend everyone to take insurance deals from them.
After showing every proofs still they dont give us the claims and say its your fault.
We have all the proofs and they still dont give us the car claim.please dont stuck with them bad company

Switched when they were recommended to me by a friend and happy/thankful I did! They've been nothing short of amazing! I've added/removed vehicles multiple times without incident/problems and always polite, courteous and eager to help as quickly and efficiently as possible. Their staff have always been professional but moreover like a friend ready to help out when needed and/or necessary. 10 out of 5 stars!

I want to share an incident with this company they have asked me to take insurance from them and every month they took insurance from me and when my car met with an accident and in this case there was no fault of mine and they are not giving me the claim. So this is the worst company and i will suggest not to take any services from them!

Vince's agency is fantastic. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. Our agent (who unfortunately is not working any longer) and the other agents make you feel like part of the family> They are extremely professional and efficient. They answer all your questions and don't try to just sell but work towards getting the best for you and if it isn't Desjardin, they will tell you upfront. 10 stars for Vince Ippolito

Katherine did a an unreal job. We had an amazing experience! I’m not sure who the owner is but she needs a raise! This morning last minute she was thrown a complicated situation with multiple vehicles on the policy. She knew we were pressed with time! The best insurance company I have ever come across, I fill a form online when I was looking for a commercial insurance for my grocery and cosmetic store and Desjardins gave me a call, James was very serious and mean business, he did the work for me and gave me a great product that saves me 50% of the premium of the previous insurance company I talked to with even more and better coverage with no hassle, they answer their phone whenever you call and they reply to their emails faster. They just get the work done with no worries, absolutely peace of mind. I am in love with Desjardins insurance and I am going to set up my life insurance with them. You can trust them for all your insurance needs and I believed you would love them too.

It took me years to find an insurance agency that was looking out for my best interests but I found that with this group of people. They are always friendly and prompt with their services. I deal with Phil but they all exceed regular customer service.

I suggest this place for everyone. Make a call and you would be surprised by the rates. I live in Scarborough and no other company could provide a better deal. I suggest this place mostly for Students, so they could save some money on insurance.

I usually don’t write reviews but after my experience with James I felt that I need to give credit where it’s due. My partner and I went to four different insurance broker to try to get insurance for our commercial property and was told that we would not be eligible for insurance, which was unheard of. We spoke to James about our concerns which he reassured us that he we look into it. We sent James the requirements from our mortgage lender and Within a few hours James responded to us. He gave us insight and educated us on the issues we were facing; which was possibly the reason why other brokers were not able to help us. James took it upon himself to connect with our mortgage lender, our broker, and our agent to rectify the issues. Within two days James was able to get us insurance that met our lenders requirements and ours. Our experience with James was amazing! Highly recommend!

I usually don't post reviews, but I have to share my thoughts. Firstly, dealing with Nikhil has been amazing. He knows his stuff, he is very understanding and probably a very good boy. Nikhil comes highly recommended and he should be your go to person for insurance!

Nikil was very helpful with my insurance needs. Finally a smaller more friendly insurance broker. No call centres or much waiting at all, especially being from northern ontario being able to get things done over the phone or email is appreciated. Thank you Nikil and the whole team. Will def be recommending vinces office if the chance arises.

This is the best insurance company ever. If you are looking for any kind of insurance you will never find better than this. At this location all the staff members are very friendly and give you best service as per your needs.

I applied on line for a general quote and James contacted me within the half hour. He was very informative and helpful with getting us the best insurance plan that was affordable for us. The process took about 2 days total, which was faster than we anticipated.

When I was shopping for Motorcycle insurance, I knew that being a first time rider would impact my monthly rate. Desjardins looked primarily at my past driving record and was able to offer me an excellent rate that reflected my past driving record.

The best group you could ask for, they are knowledgable, accurate, very responsive and always a pleasure to work with. Have been with them for over 10yrs and I wouldnt even think of changing services based the level of quality service and past experiences with other insurance companies.
