I used a coupon for a tuneup with this company. They picked up my snowblower. Told me I would hear back from them if parts were needed within 3 days. I had to call them numerous times before they would call me back. They called me and said I needed a new machine because mine needed an over haul. I said no thank you as my machine was not that old to warrant such repairs. My girlfriend went to pick up my machine for me as I was unable to because of work and they kept calling me to pick up the snowblower even though I told them my girlfriend was going on this day to pick it up. She picked it up and brought it home for me. I checked the snowblower a couple of days after to find out they gave her the wrong machine. Mine was red and black and they gave her an orange machine that indeed needs an overhaul in repairs. I called them numerous times for them to correct thier error only for them to hang up on me. I got someone's garbage and someone got an upgrade by receiving my machine.

Just had our snowblower checked over before the winter comes. Vincent’s picked up and dropped off our snowblower. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Good experience with the parts department. Had to follow up on the first call, but when I dropped in, they looked after it right away. They pack in a lot of selection for a small store!

I’ve never owned a chainsaw but every now and then I need when renovating properties to cut some overgrown trees and renting one was out of the option, so I figured it was time to own one

I knew for sure I didn’t want something cheap, but didn’t want also to blew the budget in a 1k chain saw, my father in law bought a chain saw with them that he has for over 10 years and he bought at Vincent so I knew I wasn’t leaving Cambridge hands empty, once used I’ll be posting an update on this specific chain saw

If u are buying a chainsaw make sure to get pants and all that proper PPE!

They provide the worst service.went there for repairing service for the lawnmover that was in repair warantee for 4 years with them and they told me there wont be any charges for repairing but when I got there for the pickup, they charged me 100 bucks and the mover is still not working.they make big lies, dont fall for their scams, instead go to any other shops around. I ll never recommend anyone to go to this place
