Very disappointed in Vincent spa especially I was speaking with them on behalf of my wife who was unable to come in for her appointment due to work schedule. Was scolded by the owner (older female) who did not say her name and who she was and stated my wife does this a lot (which is pretty impossible due to the fact I book all her appointments for her so she doesn’t miss them) and she said she would have to call herself to book appointments from now on and can no longer book them out further it would have to be done short notice. Which is completely ridiculous and unacceptable as she’s only there a hand full of times in a year. So please be weary of this place and I would not recommend anyone going there as the customer service is one of the worst I have ever heard in my life, nevertheless the owner of said business being like that. To the older female I spoke to on the phone I hope you have the day you deserve.

20 minute delay getting in chair. Carefree attitude with no customer service. Will never return.

Justina was awesome! She fixed a very bad home hair cut. I am very grateful that they were able to get me in so quickly. I will be going back!

I would give Zero stars if I could. Very disappointed in the bad customer service. I will never book here again. Luckily a lot of new places have opened in town.

Appointment canceled due to power outage - totally understand. Was not called prior to appointment, was told when we showed up.
Receptionist apologized and told us she would be able to fit us in tomorrow, since we drove all the way in for our appointment. Was told all appointments were going to be honoured today (Dec 24th)
We called at opening (8: 30) to be told they are fully booked until 2PM and they would not be able to accommodate.
I was upset to be lied too, and Michelle who I was speaking to on the phone told me she did not care because she did not own the place.
Was later called by the owner at 10AM saying they were fully booked until 4PM (sounding like they added on two more hours of business after our original call at 8: 30AM)
Very disappointed, as we could have rebooked other places in advance if they were honest with us.
I will never go back again.

(2021) This was my first salon experience and I am SO happy with their service and my experience. Justina did an amazing job cutting my hair into the exact style I wanted (which was vastly different than what it had been for 15+ years). I felt like she really took care in her work and will be requesting her again when it comes time for my next visit.
Update 2022: Went back to see Justina for my annual hair cut. I am yet again so pleased with her work. She took the time to understand what I wanted and made it happen. The salon was nice and quiet for my Friday evening appointment, and all of the staff members were pleasant to talk to.
