Vincenzo's has great food the reason for the rating is it's a disorganized mess to order. Where you grab a ticket is past the hot food in front of the meat slicing past where they make the sandwiches and salads. They have the forms for you to fill out what you would like. The issue is there is nothing to write with. The person who slices the meat then has to walk it down to where the sandwiches are made. That person has to remember what you look like. They have all these toppings for the sandwich you don't know until after they have placed a topping on your sandwich that the limit is 3. It's not a large fee however, there should be something to alert you how many toppings you get. The entire area is poorly paid out and not large enough for the volume of people. There is a lot of confusion amongst customers and employees.

Helpful staff, authentic Italian delicacies, amazing olive and cheese bar, and deli sandwiches which can't be beat!

Local legend! This grocery store is amazing. Fresh made LEGENDARY Deli and deli sandwiches, massive selection of cheeses, huge selection of desserts including macarons, fresh fish and seafood, and steaks - super high quality. Great coffeee bar, fresh made personal pizzas! Also a hot food bar with lots of good options, HUGE selection of speciality sauces and oils and dressings. The list goes on and on. This place is like an amusement park for adults. Quick note, it gets BUSY BUSY at lunch (for good reason) but they have tons of staff and the service is fast and very friendly! Highly highly recommend.

We used Vincenzo's catering service for our staff retirement celebration, and the food was incredible. Everyone commented on how deliciouis everything was, and the presentation of the charcuterie boards was beautiful! Delivery was on time, and every ingredient was top-notch. The desserts were so decadent and there was so much variety- something for everyone. The fruit trays were abundant and everything was super fresh. We also appreciate how Vincenzo's hires and teaches students the skills of the catering trade- these young people are doing an exemplary job! Everything at Vincenzo's is over-the-top exemplary- thank you! ~ The Staff at Huron Heights Secondary School, Kitchener.

It was crowded as usual. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I was looking for. A kind of pasta. I always found it before, but shelf was empty. Eitherwise it's a great place to shop.

From the fresh pasta, to the great variety of breads, salads, hot and cold entrees, and baking there is something for everyone at Vincenzo's. Parking can be tight, but it's worth the effort.

This is one of my favourite stores to go to, they have a large assortment of things you cannot get in other stores. They also have a bakery, as well as a large cheese section, and a vast selection of meats in their deli. I absolutely love coming here for sandwiches whenever I can, they make the best sandwiches I have ever had!

Good iced lattes. Amazing salads although I wish they offered the deli meats as options to add on to salads through online ordering - the chicken salad topping was the least good part of the salad. Online ordering was quick and easy and picking up at the espresso counter was quick. Amazing selection of chocolate and cheese and a great fish counter too

A super busy niche store with awesome looking butcher meat, fish, awesome baking, found the b-day cake there my granddaughter was asking for so I ordered that. When I pick-up will leave time to browse a little longer, never made it thru the whole store.

The quality of their products is great. And many unique things too. But it's very busy so recommend going early morning if possible to beat the crowd

The sandwich station is phenomenal. From great customer service to freshly sliced meats this place definitely has my heart. The cost of the sandwich was very affordable compared to some other places I’ve been and Vincenzo’a blows them out of the water with their quality.

It's definitely worth a trip to find unique pantry items (jams, sauces, oils), baked goods, kitchen gadgets and prepared foods (savoury and sweet). One WOULD expect prices at Vincenzo's to be a bit higher than at your local, generic grocery store. In other words, you pay for what you get! Some highlights for us are their Jamaican patties, freshly baked bagels, olive oils and local, organic micro greens! My only criticism would be the deli counter. On a Saturday I had to wait 15 minutes to get my sliced deli meat.gah! There were a bunch of kids milling about slicing meat for the sandwich counter but only one girl slicing meat for the deli customers. She was polite but slow. People at the deli counter were actually walking away frustrated.

Oh man! Selection is very good. Prices are high as is expected in boutique stores offering premium products. That said, they weren't out of line from other boutique stores.

An Italian supermarket that has been part of Kitchener-Waterloo for decades. Anything you need to stock up your pantry for Italian cooking can be found here. They have a great selections of deli meats, cheeses, olives, olive oils, teas, coffees and gelato and a vast selection of desserts. It can get really busy sometimes but it's worth it.

I realize this place is expected to be very busy at times but I was ignored by multiple employees on this trip. The employees were doing their job, but failed to even acknowledge either of us as several stations. Our sandwich maker was inexperienced but insisted on stopping our order to explain cross contamination to his colleague while literally cross contaminating sauces in front of us. Just not a great experience this time I'm sorry to say.

You need to taste the Gelato. Lovely! Staff is always friendly as well and you’ll get almost anything you need here

Purchased Beef/parm stuffed pasta today. Found gristle in half of the pieces cooked. Yikes and yuck!

We are very grateful to have this place in our region. The cheese quality selection, quality of deli meats, overall selection of gourmet foods, excellent staff, get there early to avoid queues, if you want to get meats hit that counter first and get in the ticketing system sometimes you have to wait if it’s busy. Get your ticket, do some shopping and go back.
