Went to Vine Florals new location today and what a disappointment, very small selection and over priced. This was always my go to for flowers can’t believe I wasted the gas to drive there from the falls. Will never go back.

Tried to order flower delivery in fort Erie. Website states they deliver all over Niagara and ‘beyond’. After I placed order a rude lady from store called and wasn’t nice at all. She goes “we’re canceling your order, you know we are located in St Catharines right? ” …. Why does your website advertise that you deliver across Niagara…

A wonderful place for flowers with outstanding customer service. In a nutshell, we ordered an arrangement and to be honest, were not completely satisfied. I notified the company and very quickly received a response with not 1 but 2 very fair options to make things right. I actually made my own suggestion and they were more than happy to oblige. In less than a few hours, our agreement was met and the family received a wonderful bouquet. They were so grateful, and at a very difficult time. The people at Vine Floral were kind, courteous and professional. Fantastic! Thank you so very much!

This is a great florist in the Niagara peninsula. They always deliver on value, quality and service. The flowers I sent for a relative's birthday were gorgeous and thrilled her "to pieces".

Living so far away (Edmonton) from my Ontario family (mother, sister and Aunt), I needed to find beautiful arrangements WITH delivery. Vine Floral made it so easy to pick my arrangement, write a card, and choose the delivery date. Each recipient of the arrangement were blown away first by my thoughtfulness, lol, but second by how beautiful each arrangement was! Thank you Vine Floral for helping to make my loved ones day! I got my girlfriend a bouquet for valentines day and paid for the deluxe size (the biggest you can get) spent over $150 with a stuffed bear included only for the bouquet to be tiny and for there to be more greenery than flowers. It's a pretty bouquet and I've always have had fabulous experiences ordering from here. However this time I was disappointed with what my girlfriend got for what I paid for.

Beautiful array of flowers with lovely decorations to buy or add to your arrangement, friendly and knowledgeable staff.it has such a nice aroma just opening the door to walk in.

We ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral. They were nice but were $120 each and not what we requested. They were mostly full of greenery, some of it Christmas which we specifically said no to. We also found the service not very friendly.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a rush order of a simple arrangement for someone very dear to me who was dying. I was quite particular about the arrangement. The woman who helped me was patient and took the time to understand precisely what I was looking for. The roses were beautiful, and looked understated, timeless and graceful in the simple glass vase. The order had to be rerouted the next morning because my aunt had passed away and same woman immediately looked into the delivery, and managed to change the destination just in time. Highly recommended!

Hit or miss with this company. I’ve used them 4 times now over 2 years, sometimes very good but in this recent arrangement that cost $100 bf taxes I was rather disappointed it was not at all worth the cost. Could of picked up similar from a nice grocery store.

I went in to this establishment not too long ago from this posting to make a bouquet of flowers for my partner. When I arrived to this Vine Floral I met with the owner and asked him if I could have a bouquet of red flowers (red is my S/O's favorite colour) and was told that nobody buys red flowers and so I won't get any. This is quite the business strategy. I'll be going elsewhere.

The best florist in the city. Their bunches of flowers last exceptionally long. It is very nice to have a quality business in a era where there is not so much of that anymore.

Twice every year I call from Calgary to order flowers for my elderly aunt in St Catharines. And every time I am greeted by a friendly and helpful sales person who within a few minutes takes my order and assured me that flowers will be sent as ordered. They are always sent on time as ordered. Nightly recommended!

Good variety of in store stock in conjunction with their online selections.
Health protocols followed. Scheduled delivery was made in a timely fashion.

I honestly can't believe it. I have ordered flowers from them three times as the delivery location is just down the street. And 3 times they have misled me! I specifically requested that if the arrangement I wanted wasn't the same as the image on the website - I would like a call to discuss alternatives. I get it that flowers are not in season or you cant get the flowers in time for immediate delivery. But when I buy an arrangement for over $120 dollars and it is supposed to have 3 large roses and 6 baby roses and the arrangement only has 3 roses. That is just WRONG! They are just trying to take my money for their profit.

Recently made a purchase here for my mom's birthday and it was a great experience, I told the lady that it was more important that the flowers be colorful than roses and it came out beautifully, my mom loves them!

Warren was fantastic to deal with over the phone, easy and Simple pick of the style of flowers and exactly what I wanted. Even accomidated a time change for delivery all in the same day. Flowers were perfect.

Thank you very much for the most exquisite bouquet of pink long stemmed roses that you delivered for my mother in law’s funeral. The bouquet was filled beautifully with various greens and baby’s breathe. So many complimentary comments. I would certainly recommend your florist shop to everyone.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they arrived today as planned. I went and brought the flowers inside and realized I had a missed call. As I was waiting for an important call I didn’t think to check my voicemails and immediately called the number back. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me I should have checked my voicemail because if I did I would have known that he left flowers on my front door step. The flowers are beautiful but very poor customer service.

Couldn't buy flowers because she was so miserable on the phone with me. Your "tone" - like I'm bothering you - is unwarranted when I'm trying to give you money and business.

I have been here once and had a very rude experience. The lady did not even smile once or say hello. Any question me and my boyfriend had she was stern and clearly did not want to answer any questions. Also when she cashed us out. Again still very rude and asked for my boyfriends card to put in the machine. He was perfectly capable of putting his own card in the machine. We spent $50 dollars that we really should have just went somewhere else and we would have at least been greeted.
