This garage is amazing, the Manager John and his Assistant Manager Jen are great. They always make everyone feel comfortable and they are the most honest garage I have ever dealt with. There is a reason this garage is so busy and they are always on time with there appointments.

I have been a customer for the past three years. Recently, I felt that the store lacks ethics and honesty. I paid full price for a set of tires, only to discover that they were produced in October 2018. I am very disappointed, and this raises questions about my previous maintenance.

This place is the best. The staff are amazing and helpful and honest. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for me. I recently did the big end of warrantee maintenance at the dealership, and was quoted somewhere between $2000 and $3000. And quoted for things I knew didn’t need to be done (need an alignment/ rear brakes are rotted/ drive belt needs replacing/etc). So I called up Goodyear on McArthur to book in for a second opinion. They only thing the found “wrong” with my car was one of my slider pins was seized on my rear brakes and a mild brake maintenance. They did the repairs even though all I was asking for was a second opinion. They went way above and beyond and I couldn’t be more surprised and happy. They have just found a new lifetime customer.

Just amazing! Idk what else to say. Quick, great customer service. Explanation was given on what was wrong with the car (heat shield). They fixed the car first time, and I noticed the sound was there. Took it back and they took it in again, fixed it and did not get charged for anything. What could be better? Idk.

I am so grateful to Vinette garage for there super service. I want to thank John above all. He suggested Peter from Blueline towing great experience there. My car was fixed with great care and drives beautifully. I will be back when I need anything done.

Had a great experience today. Quick and friendly service and quoted exact price. They also washed off my car which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended.

I visited the store for tire change. I bought new tire there. But they stole my car's part. I have Camry xse and It has special valve cap which is silver color. I asked them where is them and they said your valve caps was missing when you bring the car. But I am sure that my valve caps was on my tire when I did bring the car because I always check it before I leave service. During the visit, employee's behavior was terrible. I had the worst car service in my life. They got my valve caps and Just be careful they would get other parts too.
