I had a fantastic experience renting a bike Vino Velo Bike Rentals, Niagara Falls. Steve was a caring and great person who made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The bikes were in excellent condition, and it was a fantastic way to explore the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

I experienced exceptional customer service when speaking with Steve to review some details of an upcoming trip that required bike rentals. It is obvious that Steve cares about his customers & is looking to make the experience as easy as possible!

Steve's customer service is tops! He dropped off the bikes to where I was staying right in NOTL town and because the weather was calling for rain, he said to not hesitate to call him if we run into any issues. It started downpouring at one point and he picked my friend and I up and dropped us off.

Booking was easy. Bikes were in great condition. The route was safe enough (although we were riding in the rain.).

Highly recommend doing a tour, whether guides or self-guided, with Vino Velo!

These guys are amazing. I emailed them on Monday. They picked both of our bikes up on Tuesday, free of charge, serviced them for a crazy low price for the amount of work they did and the best part was they came back fully detailed and looking like new. I can’t say enough about this brilliant service and super friendly. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.

Honestly the owner is so nice (Steve Irwin). I been using him since 5 years ago. You are definitely supporting a local business. He will go around picking up any bottles you buy so you can just pick it up after. Plenty of parking to leave your car for the day and the bikes feel super nice. The bonus is if you come back in the future he remembers you and gives you a discount
