Very cool spot with tons to do! Staff are great, and prices are reasonable. Never a dull moment!

I went with friends and had enjoyed the food as it very good. For service it was very slow and poor. There is pool table as well which you can enjoy with friends. I don't have pics to upload.

Good size, spacious, friendly atmosphere and services lots of pool tables, plus a foosball, table tennis & air hockey games. Nice variety at the bar. Friendly service.

I was here with a group of 10 of us for a work party and the food, games and service were great! Amanda was our server and she was so friendly, patient and attentive. Hard to find genuine service like this in the city, will be back for sure!

Rude staff, sub par higiene, bathroom lights were off, service took too long. There's no customer service attitude whatsoever.

Fun spot for drinks and activities with friends! They also do private parties which is a great option for corporate events, etc.

Very expensive pool ($25 first hour, 42 cent per minute after that.) Tables are okay. Good service.

My boyfriend and I visited VIP Billiards after a work function in the city, to shoot some pool and have some drinks. The joint was fairly stacked and their were 6 groups ahead of us on the wait list for a pool table. We didn't mind waiting, especially with the selection of games we were able to play while we waited. From jumbo and standard Jenga, to Foosball, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Jumbo Connect Four, Cards and so on. VIP has you covered when it comes to keeping yourself entertained. Bathrooms were clean. Service was great. Staff were great on checking in and the drinks were very well done. We didn't grab a bite to eat but I honestly wish we did because it smelt great. Would definitely visit again the next time in that neck of the woods.

The food here is delicious! You can chose among many menu options. I recommend the Spicy Caesar Wings, Very tasty. Love the service at the place, so friendly and they offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

Great place. 4 tables for billiards and air hockey. Lots of TVs for sport games. Food was good. Had chicken fingers (moist) and meat flatbread. Would come again. Patio space was nice as well.

Pros - wings tasted good, in a great location so when you leave and go somewhere better you’re not far from many options!
Cons- everything else.
The servers were sub par at best. I say this with credibility as being a server myself for 15 years. They pool tips so nobody seems too interested in actually serving. One walks by looks the other way, then the other etc nobody follows up about the food, nobody asks if you would like another drink etc.the premise of serving is to sell booze and food keep ppl eating and drinking. We had to ask the staff to tend to the table every time we needed assistance- ordering. The drinks were meh. My 18 year old self would have been elated but I’m not interested in drinking flat, sugar syrup and no alcohol in a rum and coke. The nachos lacked ingredients. There was some cheese sprinkled on top but that’s it! The tray was bare. For a young crowd it’s suitable I would say but for anyone who isn’t just happy to be using their new ID lol I don’t recommend this place

Always can find parking, clean washroom, good pool tables, many different games, big menu, but little bit expensive.

Great atmosphere here for billiards! The female bartender/server was amazing, provided great and friendly service! Would go again

Good for students though, the pool table quality is okay. The cocktails are so pathetic, oh my got! So much sugar with the least amount of alcohol. Sooo bad. The Fries are nice but omg don’t order their onion rings, the worst and thinnest onion rings with just the taste of salt nothing else.
Enjoy pool but don’t order the food. That’s horrible.

Amazing service. Visited this established during a Raptors game it was completely packed.still the owners found a way to accommodate our party. Drink are good and fairly priced. Had a great time!

Not quite sure why they asked to hold onto both a credit card and a piece of ID just for a pool table, not comfortable with risking my bank account for an hour of pool.

The atmosphere is great this place is loaded with big screen TVs everywhere no matter what you can see a game

Love this place, always busy with great vibes and ambience. Food is awesome and of course there's pool, ping pong etc.when your with some friends.

Pool prices were more expensive than competition but the tables were in decent shape and the drinks were cheap for the area

I went to VIP Lounge & Billiards a week ago with a friend. We were told we had to leave a credit card before we can order anything, this was odd because it was a Wednesday and the place was not busy. We shoot some pool and ordered 2 beers which was overpriced. When it was time to pay I gave the Waitress cash, she took the money and then threw my change on the table and walked away (not sure what that was all about). However, we didn't feel comfortable from we stepped in, and we won't be going back. The pool tables are also too close to each other.

The tables are in great condition and the ping pong table is great. The bar food was good and our group of 8 had a great time. We will be back. Thanks.

Always love coming down here for an hour or two. Place is clean and modern, great vibe during busier hours, music is loud but not deafening, different games to play on the tables if you aren't playing billiards, and the staff are great.

Alright local bar with too many screens and ok food. Billiards is a bit expensive and not a great selection of local beers.

I liked the place however during new years I got charged double a few times and when I called they said they wont look into it

Finally a Sports Bar where you can have a normal beer and a waitstaff that treats you like gold everytime you walk thru the door. Amanda and Stephan aka (Hans) top notch servers and (BossMan) Sanji who absolutely kills as DJ.
A Great place to bring a date or a get together with the boys to watch the games. Pool, ping pong, air hockey and Jitz. Yes please!

Lots of fun games and high quality food. Back of house operations to get the food takes a bit to much time and hassle to flag a server.

I been to the old location and it has pretty good food. I never tried the games though so I can vouch for that sorry

Only Pro: Food was tasty
Otherwise the service we received from the male bar team was garbage. They repeatedly attempted to double charge us for drinks. Two people had tabs open, and they would keep adding drinks paid for with cash to the open tabs. We only caught this because we all had very different drinks.

Then they made us close a pool table tab when a friend who originally opened it left, and this was fair, so we settled our bills and we started a new tab from zero. Not even 20 mins later when we went to leave, they demanded I paid for the whole 3.5 hours tab (that had previously been settled) before I could get my info and credit card back.

Ohh and the most retched smell wafts freely from their bathrooms upstairs, it’s a real treat. Enjoy!

Got to know the staff really really well and they provide excellent service. The food is better compared to their old location and it's the only place I know with pool tables that have waitresses asking for your orders while you play. Other places you have to go to the bar yourself and bring it back to the table.

Billiard tables are too close to the walls. Not enough room to stroke your cue on some shots. Other then that it's a nice bar.

Tbh I went when this just moved I dont care about pub food went for tables. Walked in with my own cue. Bar tender told me $20/hr for a table and asked what drink I wanted. I laughed picked up my cue and walked out. I will not be back again until you have better prices. Too bad cause I have other buddies that are shooters also and we look for different places to play.

I went to VIP far too much when they were on Gerrard, and I loved every moment of it.

Their new location up on College is pretty much the VIP you'd remember, just at ground level and brighter as opposed to underground and dark. I personally prefer the old location but they've done a great job with the new one.

My only complaints would be that the pool tables are far, far fewer than they used to have, which I imagine is likely due to space. I did not have any food during this particular visit, so can't speak to that. Their beer selection is still quite excellent. My other complaint is that the ping pong table is right in the middle of the pool tables leading to the dining area, which could be a potential issue.

All told, it's the same old VIP with a few changes and a new location.

Spacious, dingy, and rather calm. There is affordable drinks and food and the price for billiard tables is affordable. Great for large groups. Still, a little on the sketchy side.

Chill spot, good pool tables, good tv setup and nice staff. Pretty expensive tables though. 18 bucks an hour is fine on the weekends when it’s busy, but it seems excessive when it’s just two of us in the place on a Tuesday afternoon. Maybe consider an off-peak rate on weekdays? ?

Not only food is horrible, but also contains hair of their cooks. Unfortunately, neither waiter nor manager couldn't cared less. Pool is fine accept being too squeezed up. Overall, never going back. But if you already happened to be there don't order any food accept for nachos (they're ok).

Embarrassing cocktail menu. 1. The cocktails are straight outta 1994, poor. 2. Worst names ever. Stick to the garbage beer and lousy food you’re good at.

Slow service you may have a long wait time for tables and they always seem short staffed. But other than that, the food is, well, bar food and drink are decently priced.

Decent place to chill out after work or even on the weekends. Pool Tables, Table Tennis and some other games as well. A nice bar with some good collection and kitchen is good as well.
