I had a very negative experience at this location yesterday. I picked up the dry cleaning of a white linen dress. When I brought it in last week I identified the 3 areas that had stains. Vivian who works there stated the stains might not come out and there was no guarantee. I understood that and decided to go ahead hoping for a positive outcome. When I picked up the dress yesterday I was horrified! The dress was covered in yellow stains in every area of the dress!
I pointed this out to Vivian and said: I understood the few stains might not come out but you have returned the dress to me in a far worse condition, it can never be worn again and has been completely destroyed! The very least you can do is return the fee of $ 15 paid to "dry clean" (destroy). Vivian refused to return the money and took absolutely no responsibility and was quite comfortable losing a customer. I will never ever again use this dry cleaner or recommend them. A truly awful outcome and experience!

Great tailoring and service I bring my most valuable dresses here to get them altered. Thank you guys you guys are honestly the best!
