Over the years my experience at NAPA auto pro VIP has been very good. The team at different locations are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgable willing to help no matter what what the issue could be related to your car specially, in the winter months they are very thoughtful of how cold it is and they try to get you in and get your car serviced and back on the road so you don’t miss any appointments or get home to your snuggle up in your warm little bed after a long days work so I’m very grateful to know everyone that NAPA auto pro VIP thanks John thanks Mike for making it possible

These guys are good! They fix what was asked and don't find things to add to bill. Mike great guy saw him in action handling some customers with unreasonable requests. It was a very entertaining wait. Check them out.

Great experience, Mike was a sport and helped to get safety, service and pre purchase inspection done on a vehicle that i was trying to purchase quickly. He was super patient with a lot of questions i had to ask.

VIP Autopro at London central is my favorite car maintenance service. Their staffs are friendly and patient, and they always provide professional and effective services with reasonable prices.

Anything related to your vehicle, just go to them. My experience with them tells me that they will make sure all your vehilce issues are addressed and you get educated along the way to make an informed decision about maintenance and repairs (if required). Thank you Mike and team.

I highly recommend Napa on Wharncliffe for Western students! They were so nice and informative about what was going on with my car. I very quickly felt like I could trust their expertise without being charged any extra costs. Genuinely nice guys that were a pleasure to deal with. They got me in right away and constantly kept me up to date. They gave me a list of things that were necessary to fix for my car to run, and then gave me the remaining more cautionary issues to decide what to do at my discretion. Absolutely no complaints!

I came to Mike after being unpleased with the work of my last garage. Mike and his team performed a thourough diagnostic and identified mutliple problems that were missed by my last place. He made sure to constantly keep me updated with what was going on, the options i had, and his recommendation. The quote I was given was accurate and repairs were performed in a timley mannor. Although a small problem did arise shortly after getting the vehicle back, Mike made it his priority to get me back into the shop and ensure that I was happy with everything and even followed up with me a few days after to make sure everything was still okay. Very pleasant experiance!

Unfortunately, I had some issues with my breaks that weren't covered by the manufacture's warranty. After visiting a couple of places I decided to use the VIP NAPA AUTOPRO service. Mike explained to me what happened and how should we fixed. I'll recommend this place to my family and friends.

I have been going here since I got my first car about 5 years ago! I just got another car a few days ago! Mike and his team did the safety for me! No complaints! Always fast and reliable!

They squeezed me in early on a Saturday morning. Pretty much rebuilt my brake system (rotors pads calipers) front and back and serviced my rear differental. I was able to return the same day, an impressive turn around for something i thought would take atleast 2 days. Highly reccomend.

I am from our of town and had an auto breakdown while in the city and the service station recommended this shop.

They immediately took my car in to do diagnostics and began calling around to find the best deal on the parts and get the repair done as soon as possible. Mike kept us informed and In the meantime, Mike went out of his way to make us comfortable while we waited the two hours for someone to come pick us up. Mike even called to make sure that we made it safely home.

VIP NAPA kept us informed at every step, and even emailed the diagnostic report to us. They had the engine taken apart and ready for when the part arrived so that the repair would be complete as soon as possible. The car had to stay overnight and they kept our vehicle locked in the shop to protect it from vandalism or theft (this is not common where we are from).

VIP NAPA put in effort to call around for the best price. If it is relevant, the repair was to the oil coolant hoses.

Mike took a lot of care with the vehicle, told us about an other issues or repairs we could expect in the near future and even washed the windows before we took the car home.

The vehicle sounds and runs great now.

I recommend VIP NAPA for their honestly, integrity, quick service, and for going the extra mile with customer service.
They seem to know what they are doing and give personal and caring service.
The price seemed very fair, too.

If we lived closer, we would make this our regular auto repair shop. Great job Mike and team

So glad to have found this place! We had gone previously to another place and they did nothing but took our money. We shared our complaint with someone we knew and the recommended we come here. We did, and now we will never go anywhere else. Mike is an amazing manager. He’s friendly and genuinely cares about his customers. I recently had the brakes on my SUV done, and while I was waiting, I could hear Mike helping another customer. He went the extra mile to find what she needed and at the best cost to her. Each time we come here, it’s like seeing a good friend. Mike and his team do great work, at great prices. He’s always approachable and answers any questions with solid advice. He takes time to talk with you and remembers you. This kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays and it’s so nice to still feel appreciated by a business manager. Mike is the best!

We had a flat tire on our van and needed to get back home to Toronto. Mike helped us look for another tire by looking across many different shops across London. Incredibly helpful service.

Great service and expert opinion. My F150 windshield wiper stoped working. Visited a couple of auto repair shops in US and Canada and could not figure out the problem. This shop did, and fixed in a very short time

I was at this store today and I was very impressed with the service and the genuine investment in helping me resolve my issues. My Dad is an autoengineer in Jo’burg and he confirmed that all of their advice was true and legit. Mike was real nice to me and my car and Jon was so pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Henceforth, this is my car shop and it should be yours too. Also, go here for your Safety Standard Inspection- quick and efficient.

Very friendly staff! Jons the best! Its a little expensive but its worth getting your vehicle done properly with out getting totally ripped off. Fast service too.

I cannot say enough about this place. Great staff, honest work. I’ll never say the price is good because any repairs on cars cost a fortune, but, Mike and his crew make sure it’s done right the first time. I have never left them worried about the work and that peace of mind is priceless.

Mike and the team at Napa Wharncliffe go out of their way to make you feel secure in your transaction and the quality of service your car will receive. I've been there for a range of issues such as diagnosing a check engine issue, oil change, new brakes, and I've always felt very well taken care of. I'm typically quite skeptical going to the mechanic by myself because you hear stories of younger women being up-charged, but prices here are always upfront, reasonable, and where possible, they work with you on the quality level of the part (s) being replaced based on works best for you and your budget.
Added bonus is they do a full check of your car and let you know what services might be due, versus what looks good, and then it's up to you to pursue those repairs/changes if, when, and where you please.

Mike was able to fit in me to fix a flat tire on a late Saturday afternoon just before 3;00 PM. Much appreciated. It saved me changing a tire later on over the weekend.

I started going to mike and the guys after my daughter was told to go there for her warranty work. I met them and was very impressed with the staff. Very professional and warm and fun to talk to. Mike and the guys have made my experience the best yet I’ve had at an automotive service Center. They always go the extra mile for you to help you out with the bill. Fast and courteous service. I needed a new battery and within a couple of hours of calling, they quoted a price for me, had me in to do the job, and had me up and running. The total cost was exactly what was quoted and it was a good price as well. I highly recommend VIP NAPA Autopro.

I cannot speak highly enough about Mike at the Wharncliffe location. I was taken advantage of by a scummy used car dealer and not only did Mike help me navigate the situation, he refused to compromise his professional integrity when the car dealer tried to convince him to do a quick hack job to get me off his back. I'm really lucky I dealt with Mike because this awful situation could've been so much worse. I'm never taking my car anywhere else.

I have been having my car serviced by NAPA Autopro on Wharncliffe for several years. I refer my friends to them. Recently had my winter tires exchanged for all-seasons and Mike had polished the rims and shined up the rubber for me. This was going that little bit extra at no extra charge and was appreciated. These guys care that their customers are getting best value - that has been my impression in all our dealings.

This was my first time taking my vehicle yo VIP auto pro and since they were so pleaseny and professional they have a customer for life. They were
able to fit me in right at the end of the which I know is a hassle but it was truly appreciated and it saved me from having to take a day off work tomorrow to get my repair done. I have already recommended them to others.

I've never had a regular mechanic until I moved here and found these guys. I've always gone to the dealer or the quick oil change places. I think I'll never go anywhere again as long as I live in London. I find this place is reasonably priced and reliable, and they are always super friendly.

Mike and the team are SOOO amazing! I am not a car expert by any stretch but I called with a concern at 8am in the morning, brought the car in a time that suited me (11) and it was all fixed by about 12: 30. Mike was able to fix a part on my car so I did not have to replace it entirely. Beyond the cost savings it was nice to know that they were not scamming me when a little tough love good fix the part. Cannot recommend more. As a student, I appreciate that they were flexible to get my car in at a time that worked for me.
