Shop bullied me into work that I did not need done.
Was never shown a written quote was told that they could work with me if I could not pay in full.

Brough my vehicle in for rear differential issues.

They fixed many other things without ever looking at the issue i towed it in for.

Fixed many unessary things turn d around said 1000$ to pick up the truck.when I had the money then they said if wait.seems your rear differential is out.

$3500 later they are holding my truck hostage and are unwilling to make an arrangement for me to pick up.a divorced father of 4 with little money should not be submitted to extortion.

My experience was absolutely amazing. He was very understanding and very helpful to what I wanted done!

A friend told me about Napa Auto and from the minute I walked in there and talked to Dan and the other staff I automatically knew my car was in safe hands, they discussed everything with me thoroughly, they were genuine, honest and caring. Amazing service, amazing staff, had to bring my care in due to a breakdown, and was met with nothing but friendly, understanding and cooperative staff!

Best car service and customer service is excellent and good experience Machnics also open 6 days a week. They fix my car very fast and same day.

My truck was over heating and Jon was very helpful. He had me back on the road in minutes due to the fact it was the Friday before the 1st of of July. I 2as worried I would have my truck. These guys are amazing. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service! My car wasn’t held hostage all day. Everything was explained to me and I felt like I was given true customer service.

I am new to London and from out of province and I brought my vehicle for a safety to get in registered in Ontario as well as to have some noises investigated. These guys are great, very kind and realistic of their time lines. I was glad to have found this space, as I definitely felt heard, and my concerns were all taken care of effectively and efficiently. I will definitely be returning for all of my vehicle needs. They are exceptionally fair, and work with you on seeing what can be done now and deferred. I've kept coming to this location for all my repairs and maintenance on a 2009 Accent. The staff have always been more than willing to walk me through what they have found, what the cause was, and what needs to be done to address it as well as letting me know how I can avoid future issues. There has never been any sales pressure, or "Well, you see. " before trying to upsell parts or services. The mechanics are quick and thorough with their work, and have on occasion gone above and beyond what I would hope for. Bring your vehicle here if what you're looking for is honest business and great service.

I have had serious auto issues twice in the past year and upon bringing my vehicle in, Dan and the staff at this location have performed the work and supplied the parts needed quickly and professionally. What makes me write this review is that I have felt welcome both as a customer and for my business, and as a new car owner I found the sales atmosphere to be affordable, friendly and forthright.

Dan and his team are some of the most wholesome people you will ever meet. As a young female student it can be frightening when something goes wrong with your car and you worry that mechanics will take advantage of your lack of knowledge when it comes to cars. Dan and his team are far from what you’d fear. They have always taken care of me and given me the fairest service possible, even going out of their way to give me the best possible deal. If something goes wrong with my car I know I can leave it with them and not worry for a second about facing mistreatment. I strongly recommended Dan and his team to anyone dealing with the misfortune of car issues, as you will get the best and fairest service possible.

Dan and his technicians are wonderful people. They tried to fix the issue with my car, they tried for 3 hours or longer. I went back to pick it up, but they couldn’t find the issue. They are kindest, caring people you ever want to meet. I can’t thank them enough for their service. Dan would not charge me a dime, because he said we couldn’t find the problem. He said I would have to take it to the dealership. I would highly recommend vip for service, very honest, kind and caring too their customers. Thank you again Dan, it was much appreciated.

Customer service really bad. Asked if somebody could come out and check for the noise on the muffler they laughed at me and said they’re booked solid and I should make an appointment for next week. All I wanted to know if the muffler makes rattling noise or something else.

Dan and his staff did an efficient and excellent job on my vehicle. Was my first time here and doing seasonal tires change, they explained everything in detail to me with great patience. Would highly recommend!
