Great service. Vandals smashed My Window. They were able to get a used window and install the same day!

Very disappointed with there service and abilities. My “check engine” light came on and after 3 appointments, within about 4 weeks, they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. I had to take my vehicle elsewhere and the problem was solved the first time. I will not be going back!

Easy to schedule seasonal tire swap. Vehicle was ready when promised. Very friendly and experienced staff.

I have been coming to the Wellington location for over a decade now. I have always felt they have been trustworthy and done a great job for me.

I'd managed to hit my side mirror on a cement pillar (not recommended) and it had kind of 'popped' apart into three component pieces. I put it back together but had concerns regarding whether the mirror would come loose and there was some broken plastic on the frame.
The manager came out and inspected it, confirmed that the mirror was secure and any damage was purely cosmetic. This was free of charge and he happily talked himself out of being able to charge quite a lot of money for a replacement unit.
He was friendly and approachable as always and the honesty was greatly appreciated.

Decided to try out VIP NAPA AUTOPRO after being unhappy with the service received from my regular mechanic and also wanting to avoid the dealership. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was provided updates on my vehicle as well as recommended repairs/services. Prices were on par with what I was expecting and have convinced my wife to service her vehicle with them as well.

Another completely terrific service experience! I’ve been doing business there for a very long time and would highly recommend Andrew and his team.

Absolutely blessed to have Andrew and his team working on our vehicles. We use both our vehicles for business purposes and he always finds a way to fit us in, gives us the best possible price, and even if something isn't right he ALWAYS fixes it!
We drive from the other side of town just to go to this location. Best friendly staff and always quick to get us in and out when we are on a tight schedule. Love it here!

Brought my car in to replace starter and have to go back because I starter is extremely loud. Had to bring it back again because my radio and screen didn’t work.

I had gotten advice online to come to Napa AutoPro. They did great work solving my Check Engine light. They had it diagnosed in 45 minutes and on the second visit had the problem repaired in another 2 hours! They were very informative and extremely courteous and helpful!

I also come here for my regular oil changes, they are clear and up front about anything they find when they do a once over inspection on my car. They always give me honest opinions on possible repairs needed.

I had an issue with my car rattling when I was driving and idiling. They knew what was wrong right away and had my car fixed in half an hour. Great guys and great service!

Not very helpful I had to argue with them to get me in so I could get my car fixed and it was always a afternoon appointment. I had to go back to get them to secure my grill they forgot to put the caps in place that hold the grill to the body.

First time using this repair shop. Excellent customer service. Received several reminders of upcoming appointment which was helpful. Repair was done in a timely manner and cost $500 less than what was quoted at the Ford dealership. No problems so far with the repair. Will definitely use them again.

The folks at Napa have been more than fair over the years I've been dealing with them. I've been through the wringer with other garages, where I left feeling fleeced and sometimes worse off than when I arrived! Never so with the crew at this Napa location. Andy is great and when he's not around, the staff is more than helpful to address any concerns I have. Dare I say some are a bit too eager to please (as if that's a bad thing!) Five stars, very well deserved, despite what any AI or algorithm will lead you to believe. I prefer the human side of this reality, thanks. These guys get that too I feel.

I came in for an issue I've been experiencing with my Mazda 3. The issue has been happening for over a year since I've had the Neutral Safety Switch replaced. The issue seems to be fixed after I took it to VIP Napa Autopro on Wellington. I thought I needed to change the shifter and shift linkage cable but it seems like it was just the neutral safety switch not being mounted properly. The guys at VIP Napa Autopro also did a full brake inspection and noticed my rear rotors, calipers and pads are very old and seized up. They were very informative and walked me through all the issues with my brakes, suspension and other little things that needed replacement. I would strongly recommend taking your car no matter what year it is to these guys. They will be able to diagnose any issue you're having and walk you through possible solutions before charging you for anything more than an inspection. Thanks Napa! 5 Stars!
