Amir K.was nothing short of fantastic during my visit to the Virgin Plus store located in Vaughan Mills. Amir went above and beyond to meet my needs and provided a perfect level of customer service. Amir was very welcoming to me, was extremely focused and attentive to all my needs and requests, while still taking the time to greet and welcome other customers walking into the store. He is a brilliant multitasker and he takes pride in serving customers to the fullest of his ability, always going the extra mile. Amir also took the time to fully explain all the available cell phone plans and devices, laying out all the options available on the table from Virgin Plus, without trying to push anything through on me, being very considerate towards my needs and my budget. He is brilliant, the perfect mix of sales representative and customer service provider! Finally, another thing which I really appreciated of Amir is that he took a lot of his time and efforts speaking back and forth with Virgin Plus headquarters on the phone in order to relay and meet my needs on that day, while still being mindful of time management. He was able to accomplish so much in so little time, which is nothing short of amazing! Amir K is without a doubt a precious asset to Virgin Plus and should be promoted sooner rather than later, he is definitely a keeper. I will definitely be coming back to this store if Amir K is still there, and will certainly recommend Virgin Plus to all my family and friends!

I stopped in one night at 6: 59pm and made it into the store just before they were scheduled to close at 7pm. Amir helped me for the next 30 minutes and not once did he look or sound like he wanted to rush me out. This is the kind of Customer Service we are missing these days. I would have given this store location and Amir 10 stars if I could of. Had a horrible experience in the same mall at the Wireless Wave store and will never go there again. I highly recommend this Virgin Mobile store.

Amir helped me out for 2 lines. He explained the BYOD plans and with phones. Very frank and open guidance and suggestions. I am very happy i came to this location and met Amir. Not only he saved me money but i am now more knowledgeable. Very nice and kind individual person.

We went to this store accidentally expecting very less. But 2 gentlemen Jefferson and Pablo explained the plans very patiently (after a busy “Black Friday” day!) and gave us very good deals. And they are very knowledgeable too. The whole process was very simple. Definitely recommend this store!

Came in today to get a new line and was served by Pablo. A wonderful young man who is truly an asset to your organization. Excellent customer service and very professional. On a side note, please have some seating area in the store and have more staff to reduce waiting times!

Went to this location over the weekend to figure out what was wrong with my phone. They were really busy but the gentleman Aryan took some time away from his other clients to help me figure out my problem. I was having a problem with my phone for over a week and he had it resolved in a few minutes. 5/5 would recommend. Great guys, great service.

1 star is too much.this company and their service is absolutely horrible. I'm paying $60 per month for 1GB of data and unlimited calling. HORRIBLE! They don't even notify when I'm about to or if I'm going over my data limit. Don't bother using this company.

Been with the company for years and have a great service with member benefits, discount at some stores, receive coupons, discounts.because a virgin mobile customer.

Dissapointing service. Went in looking for a phone, they didn't offer any promotions like other Virgin locations and want you to pay too much up front, unless you buy some sort of useless items such as warranties that only benefit the company. What a scam!
