I’ve been a LOYAL mobile customer for over 2 years - even have my internet and tv with Virgin. Service has been great no complaints - but try to get a better deal on mobile device once your device is paid for is brutally painful. First agent couldn’t help - 2nd agent thought she could bully me trying to over-talk me - won’t happen - I am your customer - she said trying to match a competitive offer was not simple - I DO IT EVERYDAY TO RETAIN MY CUSTOMERS. Bye bye bye

Andrew was amazing and extremely helpful in helping me to pick my phone and plan. Would highly recommend visiting him at the Upper Canada Mall kiosk!

First of all, I’ve been there many times, and the manager is late over an hour second of all not the best customer service I’ve experienced doesn’t seem like he’s even present there when you’re speaking with him about your situation because he gave me the worst advice on what to do and it up costing me in the end I personally would recommend going to the Newmarket virgin, mobile kiosk for any phone service. I would drive the extra bit and go to Yorkdale. Those guys are definitely there to help you out with good intentions.

Jevon and Robert at the Newmarket Upper Canada Mall gave exceptional service when I bought a new phone. There were some issues with an outdated app that made the transfer from old phone to new phone difficult, but they persevered. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. I'm very grateful for their efforts.

The first time I was here was a broken glass screen protector, theguy told me they were supposed to do that, I said there isn't there a warranty, he said no.come to find out LIFETIME warranty. Second time was my screen won't come on, told me they don't take care of that, here's a number. I don't have a phone, what good is the number. They couldn't care less.

I guess we live in the age where customer service doesn't matter. The woman that was assisting me felt it was more important to check her personal phone and return texts. Very unprofessional and rude. She was pleasant but come on, wait for our transaction to finish and then check your phone.

Charged me 485.52 in over charges in data THAT I HAVENT USED! This company is a joke and I'm so fed up with being ripped off by them.

Would honestly rate zero if I could. Customer service is terrible and wifi network is beyond horrendous, if you are planning on purchasing their wifi bundles take your money somewhere else as this is the worst wifi and slowest provider in Ontario.

Had the extreme pleasure of visiting the upper Canada mall virgin kiosk and dealing with Robert f. - an absolute joy and pleasure to work with, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, very personable and respectful. Kind of person I don’t mind spending an extra $50 I could have saved by going on line just because of the hands on experience

I was in today and the salesperson named Robert answered all my questions made it easy to talk to about any technical stuff I inquired about recommended products to go with my new phone which I bought and made it easy to let me know according to what I was looking for in a new phone. He even put the screen protector on for me which can be hassle to do by yourself. It was a great experience. Thank you.
