Went to their store today to take a new sim card. I was already having a number from other carrier and I just wanted a low monthly payment plan for my small business. It was a worst experience. The guy was not even ready to explain me things and not even ready to make an eye contact. I don’t know his name. He is a tall guy. I understood his attitude towards Indians. Such a low value guy. Best people to be in the service sector. If the same guy reading this letting you know. I am an accountant by profession and already doing an event rental business in GTA, means I am earning more than you standing there in the store and behaving like this to customers. Grow up dude

Came to the store for a sim replacement, but my phone was mo longer working. Harshit and Marlon were very kind and helped me choose a new phone at an affordable price. I would highly recommend these two if you visit this virgin location!

I came a few days ago and Alex helped me with everything I needed, so attentive and helpful! Very impressed and will be coming back!

I love coming to this Scarborough town center location. The service here is impeccable. Marlon is an amazing sales representative. He is extremely polite and generous with his time. He represents Virgini with so much respect your lucky to have him.

I came by the the booth today with plans on just simply getting a phone, but when I met Alex and Chris my plans completely changed! These guys were so friendly and welcoming I felt like I was talking to close family. I ended up getting internet as well as a new phone and they both were so fluent and helpful in helping me make the best choices! Will definitely be going back to them for any and all phone or internet needs.

Harshit provided us good customer service and walked us through with our newly purchased cell phone. Will definitely keep coming back to his locatiin here at virgin plus at stc thank you harshit!

They talk in slang, not professional whatsoever. They are no where near professional compared to other virgin mobile booths. I recommend the virgin at Pickering town centre.

Very unreliable service. I set up my new phone plan here and asked the person to also set up auto pay from my credit card which he said he did. The person never did and I had to pay my bill late manually.

I went to store today waited at line for long time that was ok but after that the customer representative came and the way he behaved it was unacceptable, he was very rude this is ridiculous! I know this review won't effect virgin mobile or that store but I can't help my self to write this review. God bless him!

2 numbers were transferred from other carriers to Virgin on November 21st and while processing transfer, request on opening international dial option been made. We have been told to call customer service to remove restrictions. Today called to customer service and been told that it can be only done at store because account is under 90 days and they cant verify identification. This is ping pong game, where customer is send from store to CC and back. We have spent almost 2 hours at store yesterday and an hour over the phone and now being sent to the store again, for very simple thing. Disappointing
