I upgraded my device over the phone and i asked to pick it up in the store.
Luckily i caller this branch, Maria picked up the phone and I'm so glad she did i asked if they have they device in stock and she was prompt and checked however the upgrade was not shown on the account and i had to wait she took it upon her self to keep checking and i was surprised to receive a call from her about an hour later that the upgrade is shown on the account and i can go pick up the device
