I came in from the cold frustrated and sad.but Jaymne, at Billings Bridge, was so understanding and went out of his way to suggest solutions after patiently hearing me out, of which, one solution worked very well.

As a student, I used to spend a significant amount on my mobile bills. However, Sultan's (Manager at Virgin Plus) assistance led me to switch to a more cost-effective plan. I am satisfied with the current plan.

On multiple previous occasions I asked the representative present to make changes to my account and 3 separate times they informed me they were incapable of doing so and told me I had to do it from home. (I never did because I always forgot by the time I get back)

I had a very good experience with Jaymne. I went from an IPhone 5s to a Motorola Edge 2022 with no issues, thanks to his expertise and guidance. I highly recommend Jaymne. Despite our significant age difference and my inexperience with cell phone technology, Jaymne was very helpful and always professional. Great experience.

Jaymne my sales rep was fantastic! He was understanding, a good listener, and friendly. Together we spent an hour working through my problem and finding a solution. A solution that was better than my existing set up and Jaymne had to dig to find it.

After applying for having the net and set up an appointment the gentleman showed up didn’t know what to do and he end up breaking into the key off the wiring service room never came back I received a phone call from Virgin Internet telling me we don’t do business thank you for breaking the key in the door knob

Just bought a new phone with the friendliest help first on the phone and then from Gabriel, who explained everything with amazing clarity, found the plan I wanted, and went above and beyond transferring everything essential from my great old phone which was on its last gasp. Love the new phone and really grateful to him for the excellent service.

Tina is an amazing associate and asset to your company Virgin. I visited the virgin mobile billings bridge last week and I can't thank Tina enough for her spectacular service. She was not only the most knowledgeable but also the most patient and kindest. She went above and Byond to explain everything to me and my friend. I explained what we were looking and she took the time to go over everything for us. She meticulously and suggested different path for us. I have never felt more comfortable and happy to be served by someone. We need more associates like her. Once more Thank you so much Tina.

Well, where I start! Oh my gosh, I couldn't be more impressed by a young lady by the name Tae; not only was she incredibly professional, absolutely know what's she's talking about and then some, but she is most personable and very, very patient, I mean I do tend to go on. What I loved about the service I received by Tae, she was definitely not overbearing, she listened, again very patiently, and provided me and far exceeded my needs!

Tae works out of the Rideau Centre Store, which is very close to where I live, and I asked if I could go see her there to receive more guidance. It gives me much reassurance knowing that she is there to help

I would also like to mention the wonderful deals and savings she provided me!

And, most importantly, not only is she extremely professional but she is a very kind and genteel soul, which is very refreshing, especially during these trying times!
