Went there on the day after Black Friday (Saturday), store was super busy and queued for over half an hour, but staffs are really nice, patient and helpful, especially Rainy is excellent and will definitely refer to my friends.

All the staff are nice. They are so helpful. If you have any questions, they will help you as soon as possible

Just heard a sales rep here or something berate at an older gentleman. Absolutely disgusting tone and attitude. Rainy, I believe that's his name had his back turned against this man and talked to him with 0 respect. My entire family was with me, a few were outside, all of them heard Rainy talk poorly to the older man.

I had been struggling to get a resolution with their customer service department recently. However, Cathy went above and beyond to help me settle the matter. Her exceptional service and willingness to assist made a huge difference. Despite my disappointment with Virgin Mobile's service department, Cathy's efforts left a lasting positive impression. I was able to get the BYOP plan and switch over my phone plan so quickly! Less than 10 minutes! It was so easy!

Store rep knew what he was doing and took care of my request really quick. I lined up to get the BYOP Black Friday deal. The store was busy Saturday night and line up was 45 minutes. I was in the store for 5-10 minutes and had all the information needed to port in my number.

Super busy store, very good deal. They have a really good offer and efficient system. Got 3 lines today iPhone and Samsungs and didn't take very long to activate. Highly recommend go check them out.
