Very kind and helpful. My phone gave up on me and I needed an emergency replacement quickly. I was dreading having to find a fix on a Friday evening going into a long weekend, but Mahdi got me set up quick and easy. He helped me pick something that would fit all of my work needs without being to much of an unexpected expense. I've been getting all of my phones here since 2008 and they have always been great!

The staff at Virgin Plus on Friday afternoon, 5 Nov 2021, was excellent. I cannot remember the name precisely, I think was Amir, who was able to correct a refund of activation charge that was arranged to be exempt when we signed up for Virgin mobile service. He did so by contacting his manager and corporate services, even though it was work that was not completed by his colleagues or the system. He did so with positive can-do service. We thank him for his excellent customer service.

I purchased a phone from the billings bridge location yesterday and it was a defective product. Ken and Catherine who informed me that they are from the Orleans location gave me spectacular customer service! They provided me with a new device, gave me a quote for an internet and cable package AND helped me select a phone case and screen protector! I am so grateful for their help today!
