After having my THIRD android phone inexplicably in my hands in less than a year (yes, really). I decided enough is enough…. I decided to make the switch to an iPhone.

I know pretty much nothing about cell phones, but I live and die with my calendar, my contacts and my email. I was very worried about losing some or all of this data when I switched. I went to the Albion Mall Virgin Store and staff member Shee handled my new phone transition with professionalism. She allayed my fear of data loss and seamlessly got all the old stuff onto my new phone without issue. Excellent service from an excellent employee. Thank you Shee for helping me today. I’m very happy and satisfied.

Bansuri was absolutely amazing! I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone and was serviced well! I drove all the way from Brampton to this location because I saw that it was 4 stars, and truly I’m glad that I did.

First and foremost, when I arrived she was dealing with a troubled client and I feel that she handled the situation very well! She was very well poised and knowledgeable. She displayed excellent customer service.

Then when it came to me upgrading my phone she was knowledgable about the products and help me make the key decision into upgrading. In addition she helped me set up my phone and I left the store extremely satisfied and thankful. Normally when I go to a Virgin Mobile it’s a very mundane experience but she truly made it memorable.

I’m definitely recommending my family and friends to go to this location
