Such a rude worker when I tried to exchange my modem. Basically didn't care at all. Had none in stock. Said they had done 5 exchanges today. So I explained there much be an issue if there are thst many exchanges. Super rude and snotty back. What kind of disgusting attitude when the company he works for has faulty products. Tried to explain what I've been through the last 6 months with issues. Told to go to another location not eben close by. Then told "All due respect, that's not my problem. ". Wow disgusting.

Virgin Plus service is nothing but rubbish and deceitful towards customers.

I've been using a temporary internet wire for 10 months now, and there is still no ground wire installed.

My home internet has been down for a whole month, and so far, no one has been able to identify and fix the problem. Today, a responsible technician finally came and discovered that the issue was with your outdoor mainline (BOX to terminal) wire. But no people can solve

Your customer service and managers not only fail to resolve issues but also resort to lying. During a long weekend, they promised that someone would come to fix the problem and had me waiting at home repeatedly, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

Hijrah was professional and very helpful! As a senior, I appreciated her patience to explain phone differences and plans. She helped me set up my new phone. I considered keeping an old number but it became too complicated with the steps Bell required me to take. Hijrah thoughtfully found a solution by locating numbers that incorporated most of the numbers of my old number. This was an excellent customer service experience. I think it's important to compliment when service is good. So here I am!

Great staff at this location. I tried setting up a new line for my daughter on the internet and through customer service and it was impossible. We made three visits to this store and each time the save people were there to help us, and they were extremely patient and friendly to us every time. Thank you Hijrah and Jonathan for your great service and support. It's people like you who keep me loyal to Virgin Mobile.

New staff not very helpful. Rather sit and wait 10min to clock out that help a customer who came from out of town 1.5hrs away. Making claim that it is not enough time to process the purchase

Emman was everything we hoped that he would be and more. My elderly Dad came today to upgrade his iPhone, which causes him a lot of anxiety and worry, he doesn’t do well with change or technology. Emman was able to calm him down, assist him professionally, upgrade his phone and transfer absolutely EVERYTHING to his new phone. Emman was so patient with him, caring, compassionate, personable and was even able to crack a few jokes with us to really help ease my dads tension. Everything went really smoothly, and now my dads got a fancy new phone with all his data and old pictures on it, he couldn’t be happier and neither could I. If you need any assistance, Emman is THE. GUY. Honestly he was so terrific, I might just send him a Christmas card next year and invite him over for dinner, seriously just went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful and happy. THANKS EMMAN!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, ONE OF THE GUYS THAT WORK THERE IS VERY RUDE, HE HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE! ALSO WE WERE WAITING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING AND HE WAS TEXTING, WE WERE WAITING THERE FOR HIM TO FINISH SENDING HIS MESSAGE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE ALSO MOCKS CUSTOMERS, VERY RUDE! IF YOU WORK IN A PLACE WHERE YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY TALK TO PEOPLE, THEN LEARN HOW TO BE PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The process of setting up two phones took over two hours.

They put my screen protector on in the back of the store. When I left I noticed that it was just put over the temporary plastic screen covering that no one bothered to remove. I went back and asked for a new screen protector and an employee who had not helped me said that he watched the employee take off my temporary plastic screen protector. He was dismissive and said I couldn't be right because he saw it taken off. Well I just removed it and the temporary plastic screen was there.

Wow! Go see Anthony! If you are older go Seniors, he will look after you. Excellent customer experience and incredible service. My husband loves his new phone and I love saving on our new plans. Did you know there are easy pay as you go plans for Seniors? We only found out through Anthony. If you put off doing something about your cell due to COVID like we did, wait no longer. Anthony kept his mask on and was still amazing at being loud enough for older ears. So get going to Virgin Mobile at Sherway Gardens. Go through Saks 5th Ave and there you are. Look for the red door. Also you can book an apt. So no waiting! Thank you Anthony and Kaylee.

I had bought my very first iPhone after being an android girl for life with a different company but I didn't get to set it up due to them being busy they asked me to come another day. I walked in to Virgin plus and was greeted by Anthony. I explained to him what happened and he offered to help me with my set up from converting all my data from android to iOS to putting on the case and screen protector and explaining the warranty to me and the features of the phone and how to get the best use out of the phone and so much more. He did all this when he could have easily directed me to go to the company I purchased it from. All this took alot of his time I'm so grateful that he was willing. For someone who is the new guy he has great product knowledge and exceptional customer service. If you ever need anything for Virgin Plus he's definitely the go to guy.

I just had excellent customer experience from Miranda this morning. She was professional and patient in sorting out my phone. Believe me when you switch phones it is a hassle to work through glitches.

I dealt with Kailey Lewis at the Sherway Gardens location. She is one of the most awesome salespersons I have ever dealt with. Having over 20 years of B2B sales experience myself. She listened to what I needed in a phone and then made an excellent recommendation. She was through in explaining the whole plan and promotion then was very efficient in setting up my account explaining everything as she was doing it. She also made suggestions for accessories which were great. She was very patient with my questions and answered them clearly. She stole me from Fido which I had been with for years. She is a gem and has a great career ahead of her in sales. You better hang on to her, treat her and pay her well.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went there to buy a phone and the 'customer service rep. ' Standing right next to me using his phone and when i asked him about the deal on S21, he rudely replied that JUST LOOK AT THE BROCHURE while using his phone, he didn't even looked up.

PS- i was the only cusotmer there.

Bought the phone from Fido right next to Virgin even thou I was with Virgin.

Bought internet service, was told the modem will arrive on Friday. Now I won’t be getting it until Tuesday. Would’ve appreciated a phone call letting me know it’s been delayed as i was waiting all day for it to arrive. Had to call them myself to figure out what was going on. Very disappointing

I am very upset with my experience on Friday, September 3,2021, at 3: 45 pm, at Virgin Plus Sherway. Being a 70 year old senior, I have always been helped by store clerks with utmost courtesy and respect.

Today, I walked into this store to get help with my new activation. When I was explaining to him what I need help for, he said he could not understand what I was saying. I showed him the information I got from the customer service person on the phone. He said "What am I looking at? " and he sounded very annoyed with me. I said I was asked to call the number I was given and he said "So call them". I was already very upset at this point and while I was talking on the phone, he told me to go outside to make the call as they are already at maximum capacity. I wouldn't have gotten upset but it was the way he came across. I told him he was not very nice.

I walked out of the store and called the number so I can activate my cell phone. I went back to the store to get help inserting the SIM card. I didn't want to deal with him again because of his arrogant and disrespectful manner. I ended up with him as he was the only one available. I told him he has a bad attitude but he could not help himself and told me to learn how to insert the SIM card, He really has got some nerve!

I got very poor customer service today which is a far cry from the the customer service representatives I dealt with over the phone. I regretted going back to Virgin. This store used to be very friendly and nice when I joined 2 years ago. How it's changed!

Virgin shouldn't hire people who are better suited to be bouncers, not customer service employees.
