I dealt with the store manager Abood A. My friends and I went on Boxing Day to upgrade our phones and get a new plan. He was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. I am happy with the service and happy with the deal I got. I recommend giving them a try.

I had what felt like an extremely dishonest experience here. With my first visit to buy a new phone, the sales associate told me he cancelled my old phone plan and upgraded my new one to include 40 GB of data, yet left on an extra charge of $25 a month for 2 GB of data. I was not advised there was an in-store charge of $60 activation fee by the fellow, though the virgin help line was able to help me with this issue. The in-store return policies differ from those listed online so be very careful if you are a customer who values a good return policy. I don't think returns are honoured very often as all the sales associates all did not know the return policy which caused me unnecessary additional trips, which was difficult as someone without a vehicle. One associate indicated they do not accept returns under most conditions despite the "buyers remorse" policy indicating a short list of criteria. I would strongly advise against this kiosk, or to ask for a printed copy of your contract to ensure you can see and understand all charges you will be signing up for.

Mohamed helped all three of us find the right phones for us with the best plans. It was a great shopping experience and is why we keep coming back to virgin mobile.
