The staff at this location were incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding in a stolen-phone situation.

They graciously assisted and helped to transition our SIM card and provider as well as ensuring that the stolen device would not be connected to any networks.

Worst service ever. I went to ask for the price of downpayment if I purchase an iPhone 15 plus with virgin plus plan. The guy with a blond hair told me that it will be a $1000 dollars downpayment. He looked annoyed and a little discriminating. I feel offended as if he feels like I couldn’t afford it. No problem with the plan but that guy is not fitted for the position I would say.

Would not recommend this phone provider, I gave them my circumstance & they had NO CLUE HOW IT FIX IT. So I went too Freedom Mobile, much better service.

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. GOT SCAMMED 1367.20$!

I bought a phone with a 2 year Virgina contract from Best. Buy which included 15gb data. I called them to request for a different plan and was told that currently the plan I’m looking for isn’t available. I was told that I buy that plan by a different provider so I asked them to cancel my plan with Virgin. I was then told I have 3 days to change providers if I want to keep the same number. Best Buy didn’t take the phone back at that time due to Covid so I called Virgin and June from their billing department mentioned to send the phone via mail to Toronto head office. Before sending them the phone, I double checked the mail address with their team. ALL THESE CONVERSATIONS ARE RECORDED IN THEIR SYSTEM AS WELL FOR VERIFICATION.

After one week, I called to check the status with the tracking number and was told they received the phone and it’s in their warehouse. They mentioned it takes 2 weeks for the process to be completed which included paperwork to take off the 1367.20$ payment from my credit. NOTHING HAPPENED IN 2 WEEKS. I called them every 2 weeks for a few months and they kept saying they will fix it but didn’t take any action.

After a few more months, Virgin’s team started backpedaling and said that they NEVER got the device. Canada post clearly showed that the phone was delivered.

THEY DIDNT FIX WHAT THEY PROMISED AMD STARTED BLAMING THAT THEY NEVER GOT THE PHONE. They would keep transferring me to different departments and then disconnect my call.

Then the collection agency started calling me, I shared the whole story with them and they stopped asking me. Virgin THEN WROTE THIS OFF TO EQUIFAX AND STARTED NEGATIVELY IMPACTING MY CREDIT SCORE. EVEN NOW THEY HAVENT FIXED ANYTHING. I’ve tried to do everything I can on my part but they have been extremely negligent and incompetent.

Great customer service from Taiba, I was thinking of switching to another provider and she offered me a great solution and convinced me to stay with the company! 10/10 service!

Best customer service ever. I went there for sim replacement, sales rep Daijan was more than helpful. Unlike other store reps he himself coordinated with customer service team and made this simple. Thanks daijan you’ve been a real life saver

It is not about the store.this is about the entire service. I left Canada to US and I didn't have airplane on. They charged me $100 for roaming. They DONT have a FREEZE plan or a LOW monthly plan if you sign a contract. So you have to pay what you agreed from the beginning and they rip you off along the way with higher plans. If you go up on your plans YOU CAN NOT go back down again. Save yourself a hassle and dont sign any yearly contract.bring your phone and get a monthly plan. And probably not with Virgin. Go with Freedom or a new local company.

Jan Cruz was super helpful and efficient in getting us set up on new phone plans and new home internet. He managed to get us the best deal compared to Fido, Freedom, Bell and Koodo.

Hey Matthew T.heres the six year olds clincher, "I've been dreaming about mufflers all night and now I'm exhausted". Maybe not as good as why ducks have feathers but he loves it and I promised it to you on here!

Thanks to Matthew at the mobile store for hooking me up with my new phone. I generally hate dealing with these life type things but Matthew brought a great energy to that experience. I've been a Virgin customer for about 10 years and can say that I am very satisfied as a customer overall. Sure theres some things phone companies do in general that are frustrating but having been to the other guys and finally switching to virgin out of frustration, I'm happy to be here. I was on a plan that I brought my own phone to and was able to change my plan without fees when Covid hit to a very low monthly cost to help wth losing work and not using it as I would have before (all online in about ten minutes). When I do call customer service, I generally enjoy speaking to the customer service reps. I find Virgin to be quiet flexible and actually willing to help me, of course I come with respect for them as well which can go a long way! Thanks again Matthew, you were a pleasure to hang with for that 30 mins!
