This was one of the best Virgin experiences I’ve ever had. It took Tarek 2 minutes to figure out the issue I was dealing with for hours. Very friendly and efficient.

Horrible customer service. Just get a new job if you don’t like where you work. It’s like trying to do business with a child. Actually worse… most children are more attentive and aware.
Also, customer service 101 is to acknowledge a customer even when tending to another. Just overall trash experience.

Extremely poor support. Having issues with Virgin Plus Mobile not sending notifications that I've reached 95% of data usage on my daughters phone. After 5 times of receiving a notification that I've reached $50 extra data charges, I'm cancelling both of my phones. WARNING: stay away from this service.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Rude and arguable staff with zero knowledge of customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location.
Main office customer service representative deleted my SIM card when trying to get me an eSIM.
She screwed up so badly so my phone wasn’t working.
I had to go to this location to get some help. Mulan reversed all the mistakes made by the previous customer rep and got my phone working with the physical SIM and eSIM.
He also explained how everything works and answered all my questions.
He was friendly, polite and most importantly very professional.
It’s very refreshing to see a young man carrying about the customer and taking pride in his work!
Well done Mulan!
