A couple days ago I broke my phone, and the staff member there named Mirina who was very friendly and funny helped me get a new S21 without any issues and I love it, if your with virgin plus i def recommend going to this location!

Nothing but problems and issues with transferring our numbers over from Koodo.
Been on the phone back and forth for 2 weeks since switching.
DO NOT SWITCH OVER TO THIS COMPANY.

Had an awesome experience at this Virgin location! Everyone was nice but the manager in particular was super helpful, kind and very patient with my lack of technology knowledge lol.
10/10 recommend this location for anyone needing assistance or some general advice/recommendations!

Great customer service! Came by today and a worker named Mirna helped me switch over to virgin. She gave me the best deal I can get and was super nice and professional! Recommend going to this location!

The sales agent that assisted me was quite friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Generally they have allways been friendly and helpful but the knowledgeable part can vary. Still good enough for 4 out of 5 stars
