Colin was absolutely amazing, he was patient and very knowledgeable about which phone I should get. When my phone came in her called me to let me know and greeted me when I got to the kiosk. Highly recommend

Virgin Plus services and Technical team are insufficient. I’ve been having a problem since I got Virgin Plus in January 2023 and have yet been able to add additional channels and no one knows how to fix the issue. Unbelievable and extremely poor service!

Priangi was patient and most helpful with me she did all the set up with a smile.
