Kyle and Carlos are both very professional, and fun. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant.
Kyle did a tip top job with getting my new phone set up, canceling the old contract and applying my trade in to my new phone.
Hope they're still around next time I upgrade (if they want to be, of course: P)

The staff at the Seaway Mall kiosk are exceptional! Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Knowledgeable, friendly patient. Will highly recommend. Linda

Very knowledgeable and helped me retrieve all my e mails and everything I needed from my old phone. Very friendly and so thankful for him helping me. Explained everything and showed me how my phone worked.

Even though I wasn't able to be served until about 20 minutes before close (they were busy), Kyle S stayed and set up a new phone for me without hesitation. He was informative and thorough and his customer service skills are A1. It's why I keep going back.
