Virgin Plus

I went to Virgin at Cambridge mall Thursday evening as I needed to switch over my phone from Rogers and port my number as well as getting hubby a new phone and plan. I had Spencer working with me. He was wonderful, very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient with my many questions. Great customer service by him and a couple others there. They worked on getting me the best deal possible. I was in and out in less than an hour. Five stars. Thumbs up. Thanks guys.

Great service today when buying a new phone. Ariel was very patient and kind while answering all my crazy questions. She explained the plan clearly and provided me with the best possible options. Always stressful purchasing a new phone with so many options but not today with Ariel’s help. Thank you!

After a very frustrating Sunday trying to sort things out over the phone I just went into the store. Dylon was extremely nice and very helpful. He spent over an hour working with me trying to solve my issues and giving me information. He definitely redeemed virgin in my mind and from now on this is the location I'll be going to for anything I need.

Had a great experience, I went in with a BYOP I had a great plan offered to me. The sales rep Tasha was knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I would recommend any of my friends or family to head to that location

Really good customer service from both representatives. The girl at the kiosk made sure my new phone was set up properly and anything to be transferred from my old phone to the new one was done while I was there. Any questions I had was answered. Very knowledgeable.
