They went above for me, getting me the best deal I could get, finding me accessories in the basement, and spending hours transferring everything from my old phone to my new one. Thanks for the patience guys, and the laugh. The look on your face with that ice cream cone you didn't want was hilarious.

Naweed from Virgin Mobile is absolutely incredible. He made trading in my iPhone 12 for an iPhone 15 so great. Not only did he give me a step-by-step breakdown on the monthly bill & credits, he also assured me out of all my options available, I was choosing the best one! Not to mention he also made sure my data came over from my old phone to the new one! I highly recommend Naweed, stellar employee!

Nick was an amazing help upgrading my phone to a new model. He explained the differences between the two phones I was looking at and was very informative. He upgraded my plan and talked me through my different options. He also made the process of moving my data from my old one to the new one very enjoyable with great conversation. We had a great experience porting our numbers from our previous provider to Virgin at Stone Road mall today.
We had a terrible experience when we ported our numbers to our last provider so we were very anxious about moving our numbers again. Nick was very supportive and patient, moving our numbers one at a time, for a successful outcome. Highly recommend this Virgin outlet.

I want to thank Nick and Branden so much for helping me fix my SIM card situation even though I came in last minute they still accommodated me and stayed a little late on a Sunday before closing to help me resolve my issue. It made the biggest difference, their customer service was very much appreciated.

Nick was an amazing stuff for helping me and my wife opening an account from them and he is so nice and kind while showing more than enough knowledge of presenting the plans and promotional package. Definitely recommending others look for him to open phone plans.

I had a complex situation where I was moving my number back to Virgin from a number parking service. He was patient and creative in finding a solution, navigating multiple resource networks to make sure he was finding the best way to help me. Whole customer experience was easy and stress free.

I waqs in dire need of a quick replacement for my Virgin Mobile SIM (a long story here). I walked up the kiosk at Stone Road mall and Naveed did a great job working with the Virgin Mobile team to get account moved over to the new card. The process was much more involved than just inserting a new SIM. Cost $0.00! Top shelf customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Nick at the Guelph stone rd mall location! He helped me finalize my decision and gave me great advice on warranty without being pushy. He also helped me choose the accessories appropriate for me and put my screen protector on for me. They also provide a service to transfer over your information from your old phone. 100% recommend this kiosk. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Exceptionally kind and helpful service received by Nick. I visited the store to exchange a modem for my internet and left with a new phone plan that helps reduce my cell bill in half (changed carriers). During times of high inflation, every penny saved is helpful. I am now a loyal member of Virgin for both internet and cell service.
