Came in tonight to switch providers and upgrade my phone. Krysta was so incredibly knowledgable about the phone I was purchasing. Just my luck, I ran into some banking issues, she was SO patient and assured me that she would wait however long until the issue was resolved. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything and I left feeling very satisfied. She went through every detail about the plan and told me how to troubleshoot if anything were to come up.

Excellent service in upgrading to a cellular watch. Existing phone not compatible and Krista Stadnyk, sales representative, transferred existing phone information to new phone. She explained why the old phone did not work and each step of what she was doing along the way. Thorough in explaining new contract. Virgin had the best price of four stores visited.

Devin at the Glendale pen center… was super helpful, although my phone gave him a hard time he did everything in his ability to make sure my iCloud backed up and things ran smoothly.
