Virgin Plus

I got switched over to Virgin Plus because of Sandeep the Store Manager. I had a really good plan with Fido, but the customer services provided by the Virgin store is amazing. I am hoping to move all services to Virgin Plus. 10/10. Great service and politeness.

Visited the store to get a new phone after mine broke on the same day. Their staff Aubrey was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. Got a new phone, great plan, great deal within 30 minutes.

Sandeep is rude and doesn’t know how to talk politely. Was going to switch to Virgin but not doing that anymore because of such an expensive. I wouldn’t recommend this store in particular to anyone

How would you like 30 gigs of data that you can never use because service sucks despite your phone showing full bars.how would you like 10 calls a week from someone "calling you on the behalf of virgin plus" to offer you tv even though you said "never call me again about T. V, i hate T. V and I hate getting this call twice a day". How would you like to ask what better plans there are after being with a the company for 4 years only to be told "you would be better off going else where". How would you like virgin mobile?

The perfect shopping experience at Sarnia Virgin store. Sandeep went above and beyond, stayed an extra hour after the Mall was closed and helped me out. I switched everything to Virgin plus because of this guy. 10/10

I visited the store few days ago, and my experience was phenomenal because I needed urgent help and it was delivered very well 10/10. The reps and manager of the store are well experienced and they know exactly what they are doing. 100% recommended.
