Great customer service! We were checking for new mobile plans and got an amazing service from Mark. He helped us a lot and got us a great deal on our cellphone plan.

I went to Virgin Mobile at dufferin to change services from another mobile company to Virgin and I was very well served. The guys were really thoughtful and very patient as well. I just recorded Fahad's name, but both sales representatives were awesome. Thanks a lot!

Virgin already has horrible customer service, every time I deal with them I want to rip my eyelids off. They deserve some major points for innovation today though, they found something more annoying than their usual lacklustre showing: a NO showing!

I came in at 1040 on a Monday morning and NOBODY WAS THERE. The lady in the booth opposite said she had no idea when they would be there.

I found the phone number for the location and called it and could hear ringing in a closed drawer in their counter. I milled around in shock for almost an hour and when I left at 1135 there was still nobody to be found.

Agash is the best! I came in frustrated and exhausted after a week of no internet and many hours on the phone with several different virgin technicians over the week. Agash addressed all of my concerns and called virgin for me, solving the issues I’d been dealing with all week in 20 minutes!

I am a virgin customer and wanted to purchase a sim card to activate on a new android device I purchased on my own. The salesman was all for selling me a sim card until he realized that I wouldn't be getting a new plan as I already have one! So he refused to sell me one. NP you moron, it's called DOLLARAMA! Hey sorry for the so-called outburst.but this guy just rubbed me the wrong way. So, in my true opinion folks.avoid this one at all cost there are other kiosks you can go to less than a foot away!

I was at the Virgin stand at Dufferin Mall and the girl Darly helped me, who, apart from knowing Spanish, which is my native language, had very good service and resolved my concern. It is wonderful to know that in Canada they are taking care to have service advisors.to the client so friendly, trained and with other languages.

Teff and Derly were so helpful, they helped get my phone back up and running! So grateful, highly recommend this location.
