Virgin Plus

I like virgin but I ordered a used phone online and it came with a defective display and they would not replace it I had to send it back in and lose the deal I got on the phone. What's up with that?

Very bad service they dont help you at all. I stood there for more then an hr. Ther men working there was free but still didnt help me.
Improve your stuff

Went to get everything switched from old phone to a new phone as I was having trouble. Had to almost pull teeth to get the guy to help.
