Can't ask for a better Sales rep than what I've had in all of the years I've been with Virgin. Melanie spent nearly 3 hours working on my phone and getting all of my information transferred. Thank you for you hard work!

By far the best mobile kiosk in the mall. Every staff member that I have ever dealt with has been super helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

So i went there 14th sept I ordered sim and a home internet plan same day. The guy working there give me the sim and for internet plan i give him every detail with document to his desk (not verbally). So i was waiting for connection on 21 sept but they donot contact me why the guy i made the order input wrong detail of my number.they told me the connection will be on 27th then. Then i checked the detail of the form they sent me on email. The adress was also wrong there. So i call them again and told the problem. But they told me that we cannot change the address now you have to cancle the order and make a new order. What kind of service are u providing I dont Know. If you guys have all or detail and proofs why cant you change the address on same order. So dissatisfied specially by the guy at the new sudbury center who put my details wrong even i give them document on hand and also the number he just provided me. How could someone be so careless. Shame!

Surprised to find a $60 "connection fee" (for a SIM card?) when my membership agreement arrived - there was no mention of this at online checkout. Feels sneaky and underhanded. I'd go with another provider in the future.

I have been with virgin mobile since 2016. Customer service is always great. Nadir at the Sudbury location is super personable and was more than helpful finding me a good case for my phone and helping me with screen protector. He really knows what he’s doing and I was particularly impressed with his experience.

I was served by Dalton because I had lost my phone. After locating phone Dalton had my phone unsuspended and was extremely helpful and pleasant he was excellent to work with. A thousand thank yous Dalton!

Very friendly and helpful staff. If I have any questions or problems with my phone or account, guaranteed, it will be answered and be fixed whether it is in person or over the phone.

While the people at the booth might be nice, Virgin Mobile as a service is annoying as all hell to deal with. They pelt you with upsells as "deals" for "members" but it's all just garbage. Worse off? They pelt your text messages AND your email, and to unsubscribe you have to do some convoluted thing on the web for both your phone and email separately. Absolute scummy way to design things to encourage users to give up and just accept the ads.

I gotta start off with giving a huge thank you to Melanie (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) who works here at virgin. My partner came in because he had a deal on a smart watch and she went above and beyond for us both! She had a good sense of humor as well! If you see this keep up the great work. We appreciate everything you did for us and couldn't be more thankful for it

I’ve gone to other stores prior to this kiosk and received little to no help.

Spencer was very helpful, fast and efficient. I got a new phone and a better plan. He was very personable and professional. I highly recommend going here especially if you have any questions.

I got stuck in phone limbo, trying to convert my prepaid account to a Post billed account and basically no longer had any use of my prepaid account or the new account due to one of the service guys over the phone, whose computer crashed in the middle of the conversion, I went to the kiosk in the new Sudbury mall, and Melanie was the service person who helped me she spent a few hours on the phone even during a fire alarm that got sent off in the mall, she still relentlessly pursued answers and successfully was able to complete everything that couldn’t be done over the phone after many times of getting hung up on she didn’t give up. We really needed this phone plan to help us out and basically because of her efforts we were able to get that. We really appreciate all the hard work and care. Next level service

Terrible customer service! Lyers about contract. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Worse cell phone company I've ever dealt with, but I shouldn't be surprised, as they are part of bell.
