I went to ask about upgrading my phone and some guy that was there on his laptop alone ignored me for almost 10 minutes! And when I asked to upgrade my phone he didn't put the effort to help me and give me options I think his name was Khaleed or Khalil

Had a disappointing experience at Virgin Plus Devonshire recently. When I approached the kiosk to order a phone in a specific color, a female employee, Silva I believe, was rude and unhelpful, insisting that it wasn't possible and I had to settle for the only available black one in the store. When I asked her to check with the manager or another colleague because it wasn't my first time ordering a phone, she refused. Overall, the encounter was unprofessional, lacked customer service and left a negative impression.

I got 2 phone lines at Virgin. The customer service experience I had was unmatched to any experience ever. The employees were very knowledgeable is their products and services. You have earned a customer for life. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything to me.

They want customers to buy if they stop by for inquiring. So we cannot inquire or compare products but just buy from them if we inquire. Why do bell exist if virgin is sufficient. Customer do inquire and compare providers, not necessarily buy everything you sell.

I recently visited the VirginPlus store and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Despite the potential for a smooth process during the Black Friday promotion, I encountered significant issues with the sales staff's lack of knowledge about their own business operations.

I took advantage of the Black Friday promotion by opening two lines, with the expectation of receiving waived activation fees and two referral bonuses. However, due to the sales staff's unfamiliarity with the procedures, there were errors in the process. As a result, not only did I miss out on the referral bonuses, but I also ended up overpaying by $120 CAD in activation fees ($60 CAD per line).

Attempting to resolve the issue with customer service proved to be equally frustrating, as they were unresponsive and unhelpful. The lack of accountability within the store further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. It's disappointing to see such a lack of reliability and competence in the offline operations of this VirginPlus store.

Overall, my experience was marred by confusion, errors, and an inability to rectify the situation through customer support. I would caution others to exercise caution when considering this particular offline store for their VirginPlus services.

Absolutely horrendous people. Standing next to the kiosk on my phone looking at their phones and comparing deals as it is black Friday and a female worker came up and literally tried to slap the phone from my hand saying you can't take pictures. And when I explained I was not taking pictures. She just kept saying it. No you're not allowed to take pictures, You're not allowed. And I after I explained even if I was taking pictures which i wasn't it is a public space in a public area, I can take any pictures I feel like if I was taking pictures. She then refused to give me her name so I could make a complaint to her manager.

I asked for help today because the funds for using the tariff were not withdrawn from my bank account, the guys were completely indifferent and said that they could not help because they did not know how to do it in order to attach the card to the withdrawal of funds! Train your employees! Terrible provider, plan to change! The relationship is negative!

Came in to get a new phone and the customer service with Mohamed E.was FANTASTIC.not only was he pleasant to work with but he was so knowledgeable with all his products and services. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, highly recommend if ur looking for phone or internet service look for Mohamed E or mr.giggles

Virgin Mobil was the Best! When I had my flip phone and had no more minutes they would always granted me an additional 15 to 25 extra minutes without charge! I am shocked that there are not many locations yet I am happy that they merged with BOOST Mobil.
Boost Mobil is Excellent as well.
I Love Virgin Mobile.
