Virsa Fine Indian Cuisine

I loved this place so much that I am here to drop a genuine review for these guys. I ate 3meals here: dal tadka, paneer, pakode, dal makhni were out of this world.
The food is always so fresh and so yummy! Every dish has its unique taste, love the masale, the chef deserves an applause.
Slightly on the higher end, a full meal for 2people can easily cost 60$, but worth it.

Food was okay. They served over fried and stale paneer pakora but were quick to replace when I called it out. Price is reasonable and the staff was good. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing with Punjabi music playing in the background.

It was a stormy day in December 2022 when we, a family of 4, reached this place as we were trying to brave the winds. We stepped in hoping for warmth and some hot food. It was a great decision as we were treated to piping hot, lip smacking food. The rotis were fluffy and soft, and the curries very flavourful. Service was fast and the staff extremely courteous.
Loved this place and will surely visit again whenever I visit Niagara.

This place really needs to be put on a map. We walked in as a family of 8 after other places had a long wait. The best decision. The place is not as renovated compared to other restaurants but the food was 11/10! We ordered vegetarian apps and curries, which were all really good! The naans were so fresh. The service was super fast! I highly recommend you visit them when in the Niagara Falls area. Cauliflower 77, was so good!

It was okay not too bad. I think the food quality needs to be better. Service was ok but the food was cold. We were given food in which breads were cold. When complained they ignored. I think quality should be more emphasized over giving stuff fast.

Such a worst experience at the entrance. We asked for seat for 5people and my brother asked for a seat at the back and the guy at the counter was like there is only front seat (which was very close to other family sitting over there) and we have to arrange the chairs again at the back. We waited for 2mins and left and the guy didn’t even cared about that customers are leaving. This is not a CUSTOMER SERVICE that you give attitude to someone very at the entrance. I heard that there food is delicious and that’s why we went over there but never again in life.

We had really bad experience at this restaurant. They didn’t take our order until we call them. After serving drinks rather than taking order server told is pay at front. There was two but they didn’t give us cutlery. We need to ask for it. During the service nobody was there to make sure how’s it’s going. I definitely not recommending this place to go.

First of all, the dining table (that I ate at) still had small bits of crumbs on them as if they weren’t cleaned properly. Their menu didn’t have ANY pictures of the food that I was gonna order at all. Their restrooms had toilet paper all over and it smelled really bad. The plates they served you on weren’t properly cleaned either.
To top it all off, their food wasn’t fresh (especially the chicken biriyani).

I don’t recommend this place, it’s a total waste of money. There are tons of other better places to eat/dine at so do yourself a favour and don’t dine there.:)

The food was good. But the servants really need to work on their etiquettes. We were finished with our food but they did not clean the table for next order. I had to request them to clear the table so we'd be able to fit upcoming food dishes.
There was no long wait times, which was good. But, I did not like the service.

Until yesterday, I was a big fan of this restaurant. If anybody would ask me where to have good food in Niagara, I used to recommend Virsa Fine Indian Cuisine. When I visited yesterday after couple of months, I must say the quality of food has deteriorated a lot since my last visit. How can you even serve a ice cold tandoori chicken which is supposed to be a preparation from tandoor. I was very disappointed with the quality of food being served in Virsa these days.

Went for lunch to this restaurant and the taste was really good on vegetarian items. Non veg items were okay and not that great. We have ordered chicken biriyani and It’s more of North Indian style biriyani. There were small fruit flies in the restaurant. The staffs were very friendly.

The very best yummiest Byriani and even Naan bread i've ever had. I would of given it a 5 but no one came to do a quality check to see how everything was. That's crucial when you are operating a restaurant. Clean looking place nice ambiance.

Good food. Quick service. We went there on Sat night where most restaurants had at least one hour waiting. We got table here immediately and also food was served with in few minutes. Overall had a good experience.

Food quality is definitely bad. We ordered Karai chicken was ok…their special Dal Tarka…very bland and not fresh…and ordered Bhindi masala…they just nuked it in the microwave. All the dishes came to the table in under 5 minutes because they just put it in the microwave and serve. Naans were fresh but not the best. A/C not working just fans everywhere. Place needs to be renovated as well.

Food was good but very expensive and quantity was very low according to the price.they should lower their prices.

I found this place a month ago and it is amazing. Outstanding customer service and great food as well. I have been to this place for more than 5 times already since last month.

Make sure to look for Kumar and Sanjay Amazing staff members and if you need recommendations they are the best ones to ask.

I highly recommend this place. Try it out you won’t regret it.

Worst experience ever
Food wasn’t good at all. The bread was so hard and seems like bread dough was 3-4 days old.
Neither the food quality was good nor the service was.

The food was ok, it wasn't as great as it used to be.the people were very nice they let us sit while we wait for our take out we ordered however it took about an hour and 10 minutes to get our food when we only ordered 2 items.

Two stars are for taking efforts to prepare the food.

Ordered Chicken Biriyani and chicken kadhai. The kadhai was decent and no complaints!

The chicken biriyani— if anyone wants to eat Achari chicken rice, please visit this restaurant and order Chicken Biriyani. Enjoy hope you all fix the food as its totally disrespecting Indian food. Shame!

The food was good as well as the service.
This place is very busy, waiters are very friendly and helpful specially if you are confused what to order.

Lamb curry, chicken samosas, and naan bread. All food delicious, meat tender and the best samosas that we have ever come across. Delicious!

Had very bad experience 6 person dine in bill was $250. They forcefully add 18% tip to your bill. They are so greedy to take your money. Everything is so expensive here go to chef of india is way better than this only 5 mintues walk.

Bad experience

Good food
Been going there from last 2 month to just eat food with friends. Ok staff not extra ordinary. If you have some drink they can charge twice with same table.be carefully look out the bill before leave.

It was a great experience. Food was great and the service was excellent. Next time when we visit Niagara, we'll visit visit Virsa again for sure!

Very bad food and the server is so slow too costly according to the quantity the add the tip 18% without asking us really bad experience

This was my 2nd tym I visited here.
Food was not upto the par.
Naans were not soft enough to eat.
Mango lassi was overly sweet.
Probably I will visit here again to check if their quality improves by that tym.
