Chose faite, après avoir reçu notre chèque, il nous a dit qu’il y a un problème avec la nouvelle procédure de réservation établie par les autorités du pays (Arabie Saoudite), et qu’il avait déjà versé notre argent (toutes nos économies) dans je ne sais quoi, et qu’il attend que les autorités saoudiennes le rembourse.
Depuis ce temps là (deux années), je l’appelle régulièrement, il ne répond pas à mes appels, il m’envoie des textos pour me dire de patienter et qu’il nous payerai après telle ou telle date, sans jamais respecter les délais promis.
Nous attendons toujours notre dû.
cette compagnie nous a causé beaucoup de tort, et j’espère que d’autres personnes ne revivent pas cette mauvaise expérience.

Nous avons été escroqués par cette entreprise (Labayk hajj de visa enterprise). On nous a poussé à payer rapidement les frais de hajj (2022), avant de nous dire que le voyage a été annulé. Nous attendons toujours le remboursement, alors qu’il était question de quelques semaines…On ne répond pas à nos appels, hormis quelques messages non personnalisés ayant cessé depuis déjà quelques mois.

Labayk Hajj excels at one thing and one thing only: swiftly pocketing your payment. Don't be fooled by their promises and flashy website. When it comes to accountability, Labayk Hajj conveniently shifts the blame to their Saudi Arabian business partner as Mr. Bashir, the owner of the company, told me at 2023 Hajj. I was one of those people who suffered through this unnecessary mess caused by Labayak Hajj. It's a perplexing situation where customers pay Labayk Hajj for a Hajj package, yet Labayk Hajj offers no assurance of securing or even checking accommodations in Mina and Arafah. When inevitable mishaps occur, Labayk Hajj simply washes their hands of the matter, leaving you to grapple with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and a Saudi Arabian company that do not communicate in English. Also, Labayk Hajj overbooks accomodations in Makkah. One person told me that they paid for a quad room (for 4 people), but Labayk Hajj put an extra person in the room without their permission at the Holiday Inn in Makkah. In essence, Labayk Hajj is utterly and unequivocally INEFFECTIVE. -'Ali'

Labayk Hajj (part of this VisaEnterprise company) is not recommended at all. We booked with Labayk Hajj for the 2023 hajj in a group of 85 people. We paid a large amount of money for the trip. It was problematic from the first day. There was almost NO guidance and there was much neglect and disorganization. Hajj is challenging by nature, but Labayk Hajj caused unnecessary extra problems.

They did not have staff to help or guide. It appears to be a one-man company (Mr. Bashir Mustafa Bashir, the owner of Labyak Hajj) and you will be very fortunate if he replies to your text or phone calls during the hajj.

It started on the first day. One group needed to do the umrah. The person who took the pilgrims for the umrah before the hajj was a volunteer on his own (not part of Labayk Hajj) and left before the umrah was completed, leaving one of the people doing the umrah to guide the others. But this is minor compared to what we experienced in Mina and Arafah.

Labayk Hajj owner Mr. Bashir neglected to confirm tents before departing for Mina and Arafah. He had NO tents reserved for the 85 individuals in his group. Upon arrival in Mina, all 85 of us had to wait for over two hours on the bus because we had no tents to stay in for the next 3 days. The pilgrims did not know why they were waiting on the bus. We were very fortunate that one Imam negotiated with the workers (the cooking and cleaning staff) to give up their sleeping tents for us. During all this time, Mr. Bashir was nowhere to be found. It appears he knew there was a problem and decided to abandon us.

On the day of Arafah (the most important day of the hajj), in 47 celsius heat, again there was no tent available for the male pilgrims, and Mr. Bashir had not confirmed the tent booking before the pilgrims departed Mina for Arafah. Twice we were told to go to other groups' tents but we were kicked out by the other organizers. It was 47 degrees celsius and we had to spend the whole Arafah day under the sun. Again, Mr. Bashir was nowhere to be found. At approximately 2 p.m. He showed up for about 15 minutes. All of us were upset and angry, and his answer was “This is not my problem. I am only a service provider. ” and got into his car and left us. Some people were already ill and needed to be hospitalized in Saudi Arabia as a result.

Also, there was no guidance for the women at the end of the day of Arafah for which bus to take to Muzdalifah. Only thanks to Allah did women bump into each other and go together to Muzdalifah. Women should not be left alone like that.

Labayk Hajj failed to confirm hajj bookings, failed to provide adequate guidance, and wrongly forced the responsibility of logistics onto the pilgrims which took away their focus on ibadah (worship).

May Allah (SWT) give us our right and accept our hajj.

I applied for a umrah visa for my wife 2 months ago and I payed 575$ for the application but I still have no response about the application despite calling and leaving messages. To be honest I feel I got scammed with this agency. They can just tell me sorry the application is taking too long and you have to wait I will accept it but no they just decided to not respond at all.

Overall, it was a great experience for Ramadan umrah. Brother Bashir was a very helpful and knowledgeable guide. The only concern was communication on the number of days we would be in Medina. We thought it was 3, but it was 2.

We wanted to go Omrah and despite the fact the Saudi government has made it possible for people to get the Omrah visa online without the need of such organizers as it used to be in the past, we wanted to pay someone to relieve us from all headaches of travel and just focus on worship and rituals of Omrah during Christmas time of year 2022.
First off, we have sent him our passport soft copies the same day he requested them so that he could get us the visas. After about a month, he sent us a message to tell us that one of the two passports has less than 6 months to expiry and gave us a day or two to renew it. If it took him a month to figure out what would take a serious person 5 minutes to finish, then I don't know how on earth does that person take his business seriously. We ended up paying $110 to Passports Canada for his sloppy mistake on expedited passport. On the way to Saudi Arabia, our transit in Amman was for about 9 hours and everyone was promised a free hotel during transit which we were not given and had to spend all that time in transit. While this guy advertised the Omrah package, he promised a 5 star hotel in Madinah. Two days before the departure time and after everyone paid for the package, he updated the package to downgrade the hotel to 3 stars, of course for no refund of the difference. The problem is that when we arrived to Madina, the hotel rooms were not worth a one star as there was no room service, the rooms were filthy, spilled coffee and stains on the bed sheets and floors, used food in the minifridge, and food leftover under the beds and on the food table. The phone line to get room service was not working. Staff were refusing to come to clean our room before we moved in and during our stay and we had to clean the rooms ourselves and use our own bed sheets and pillow shams to cover that mess in order to get some sleep. The slew of broken promises continues on. We were promised a hotel in Mecca that is 5 minute drive away from Alharam, but it turned out to be 25 minute drive. He also promised us that the Mecca hotel provided a shuttle bus to Alharam every half hour, when that was not the case and service was not running on a schedule and sometimes the shuttle was not available for up to 4 hours after prayers which forced us to pay out of pocket to return to the hotel after prayers. Everyone knows how important it is to bring Zamzam water on the way back to Canada. We were advised that we should not try to bring Zamzam on our own from Mecca and we should ask for the 5L jugs given to anyone for a small fee before boarding the return flight. That broken promise caused us disappointment when we found that the Saudi airport officials denied us Zamzam water because our visa, which was done by the Omrah organizer, was a visitor not a Omrah visa. I am sure he put us in this awkward situation on purpose to save few bucks on visa as his attitude was to be consistently cheap and sloppy throughout all stages of our trip. In each of the above bad situations, we were left without support. Shortly after landing in Saudi Arabi, he disappeared and he was nowhere to be found and only reappeared few hours before the departure time of the return flight to Canada. I could not find any excuses to justify any of the bad performance of this guy except for being greedy, cheap, disorganized, lack of interest of the wellbeing of the people he was responsible for their travel. Mistakes do happen when someone is planning a trip for the first time. This guy has been in business for so many years and he sends Omrah groups at least 4-6 times a year from what we were told by other people who came with us on the same group. This means that mistakes from that guy were intentional and not first time mistakes unless he does not learn from mistakes and you would have to pay for them over and over. My suggestion to everyone considering going with this guy on Hajj/Omrah is to take your business elsewhere.

Highly recommend Visa Enterprise. We all had an amazing time at Umrah with brother Bashir.

We used them for umrah visa. Giving three stars because ultimately we got the visa. Taking away two starts because of the lack of communication and misrepresentation in the visa application. If you are Canadian passport holder you can just apply online and get the visa yourself if you are not Canadian passport holder your application gets sent to your home country’s Saudi embassy and so using a Canadian agency was of no benefit. Moreover my visa was delayed and they stopped receiving my calls and responding to my emails instead of clearly communicating with us. I went online and found out they put down my occupation as unemployed and didn’t put me down as my wife’s mahram which is probably why mine got delayed for further scrutiny. If you are not Canadian passport holder you can probably get the umrah visa from your home country as everything is online now and the visa is not even stamped on your passport and they don’t need you to submit the physical passport anymore.

If you scroll down, youll noticed im not the only one who is having trouble getting their refund for Hajj 2022. Its a WHOLE YEAR LATER and my father has still not received a refund or any sort of communication.

I luckily got in touch with someone and he said to send an email, and call back the next day. Ive been calling everyday for 15 days and he does not pick up my calls, sent them an email, and FB Message but no sort of communication has been received. So my last resort is to come here to get their attention.
Not sure what kind of business these people are running but I would recommend you take your hard earned money else where unless you want to get scammed.
