Vision Care Centre

This was our first visit after receiving a recommendation from a family member after they heard we were looking for a new Vision support operation.

We saw Dr. Sebastian and found him to be excellent. He really helped me understand everything.

Rose helped both my wife and I select our glasses. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and she has a wonderful eye for style. She listened to everything each of us said about what were were looking for and then brought us a selection of glasses to choose from. I can’t say enough positive things about their entire operation. It was a very efficient process for us.

I attended an appointment @ Vision Care on above date, which was a follow up to recent Laser eye surgery including Cataract eye surgery, performed on both eyes at a Toronto eye clinic.
My experience @ V. C.was exceptional in that the examination by Dr. M. Sebastion was extremely thorough and made me feel
very well cared for. Vision technician Rose displayed courtesy,
knowledge and skill in selecting the appropriate lenses
for my eye glasses. I left V. C.with confidence in the staff
and would highly recommend them for vision care requirements.

I am very pleased with my appointment at Vision Care. I thought Dr. Sebastian was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also concluded that my dry eye is due to inflammation of my tear ducts. He suggested many ways to treat the problem. I'm already feeling an improvement with this annoying problem. The staff was also pleasant and efficient.

The most professional and thoughtful experience I've ever had not just buying glasses but maybe ever. Thank you so much for helping me get back into wearing glasses after my surgery lost its effectiveness.

Only good things to say about my experiences over time with the Vision Care staff. Dr Sebastian is wonderful and very knowledgeable plus he has a good sense of humour which is a bonus. Thank you all!

The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. The eye exam was thorough and I felt confident in the accuracy of my prescription. The selection of frames was great, and the staff helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit my style and prescription. My child was seen by Dr. Teixeira and she was absolutely amazing. The office is extremely clean and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.

As always, a pleasurable time. Dr S is terrific, the assistant at the desk wonderful and the front desk welcoming.

Always treated well at Vision Care Centre. Had some trepidation when Dr. Fruman retired but Dr. Teixeira is a pleasure to deal with.

The email reminder of the appointment is very upbeat "what to bring". My eye exam began SOON after I arrived. I really appreciated how Dr. Sebastian explained the details of the images of my eyes taken just previously. Chris offered me lots of options to choose fr.re.my new glasses. No pressure. And I left with some chocolate for my sweetie! A great visit, thank you all.

We have been visiting this place for the past few years. Excellent reception and very caring staff. I especially want to express my hearty appreciation and gratitude for Dr. Michael Sebastian- one of the noblest person with perfect professionalism someone would love to meet.

Overpriced products and aggressive sales tactics. Do not be pressured by the eye care stuff here recommending the "packages" at this center, they are insanely expensive compared to online options. We were so much happier ordering online with Kits.ca

It was my first time visiting for an eye examination. All staff members were wonderful. I got detailed quotes on contact lenses which I really appreciate. The eye doctor I saw was also lovely and thorough.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. From Dr Texiera, to Kris and Erica who helped find a great pair of glasses for my husband and me and the reception staff. Overall a great experience. Can't wait for our new glasse!

I really can’t speak highly enough about the level of service and staff here. Friendly, attentive, professional. They’ve provided me with sample contact lenses free of charge more than once when I’m in a tight spot and need some lenses asap. I’ve been coming here over 2 years for my refills and to update my prescription and every interaction I’ve had with reception and optometrists has truly been a pleasure. As long as I’m in the area I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I have been attending Vision Care Centre for years now. The location is good. Staff friendly and efficient. The doctors are all great. Everything moves along in a timely manner.

Went to new Optometrist Dr Teixeira for first time. Over the moon happy with the exam and her friendliness. Wonderful friendly lady.

They have a decent selection of glasses and work with you to find what works for you and your budget. Highly recommended.

This business is well controlled for COVID, and has friendly people who actually make you feel welcome. This is my third visit and I expect my new glasses will be as good as those supplied in the past. I definitely recommend this operation.

I'm highly recommending this business for your eye testing and care. My wife and I are long-time clients here, myself, originally with Dr. Fruman. The great care, and friendly atmosphere that Dr. Fruman established has been enhanced by Dr. Ramesh and others on the Staff, not all of whom I have their names. Kitty is always helpful and friendly. Rose was very helpful too. Others in reception and testing were professional and friendly. That's why we keep going back, and plan to continue.

The customer service is very very poor. I was told that I will get the eye glass ready to pick-up within 2 weeks and they will let us know if it's comes earlier. 2 weeks past and heard nothing from the store. Then I called and they said - okay it will be ready within next week. That week past and heard nothing back. I called again and they said they are going to let me know. The glass was for my 8yr daughter and we have now waited more than 3 weeks. After several inquiries, we are told that there's issue with the glass and it was damaged. Now they are making another one. My issue is they should have informed us about what is happening as they promised while we purchased the glass and paid full at the time of ordering. Lack of customer service.
