Not once but twice did I order new lenses only to have the wrong lenses ordered by the staff. Not competent in my books.

What an amazing experience from the team at this location. I brought in my 7 and 8 year old children and the manager Candice as well as the eye doctor on staff were friendly, professional and very supportive with myself and most importantly my children. We ended up buying 4 pairs of glasses and will 100% only be buying from here moving forward. If I could give more then 5* I would

Also my 12 yr old son received contact lenses as well and has never worn them before, Candice was such a big help with assisting him throughout the whole process. He absolutely loves them and we can't thank you enough. We highly recommend them for anything you need.

Let me start out by saying that I am not one to typically write bad reviews and I have always had great customer service with the optometrist and the sales ladies at this location. After our last eye appointment my son decided that he wanted contacts this time instead of glasses. The ladies made him an appointment the following week to meet with the lady that specializes in contact lenses.

We show up to our appointment it was on a Friday. The sign of the store was not lit up saying it was open but we pulled on the handle anyways to check and it was open so we went in. The lady working there was then quick to mention she was the only one in the store and that it wasnot a good time to do the contact lense appointment. We did not receive a call or anything beforehand. I explained that we were going away and that I canceled another appointment to be at this one and said if possible can she please do the appointment today as we were hoping to have the contacts before the school year begins. She mentioned that it only takes 3-5 days to get the contact order in but rudely said she would " squeeze" him in anyways. She could not have shown less interest in doing this appointment. Said it would be about an hour and told me i could leave my son and come back in an hour. When I came back she said he was unable to get them in himself and would have to come back and try again another day. She even went on to say just give us a call when he wants to try again. I was getting annoyed at this point and said we want the contacts before school starts so id like to get him back in as soon as possible so she books him for a week later (another friday) at 10, which brings us to today. She called me thursday night to ask if we can come in at 11instead of 10 and i was fine with that. Show up today and the lady working knows nothing about our appointment and the contact lady is not even there.the lady working calls her and apparently she is still 45 mins away so the lady takes my son in the room to do the appointment herself. She says the contacts that he was trying to put in are actually too big for his eyes and says she will have the contact lady order the proper size. Im not sure why they weren't ordered already if the only take a short time to come in and it was a week ago we were there. We are now a week away from school and still dont have any contacts. We wont be going back for contacts. We will take our perscription and go elsewhere.i am so disappointed in the customer service!

Candice was fabulous! She helped me find frames to suit my face perfectly, and asked so many questions to ensure my lenses would exceed my expectations (tinted for blue light, perscription line up to vision). She was so cheerful and patient. Absolutely recommend this location for customer experience, variety of frames, and quick turn around from time of order.

Staves are very knowledgeable, Dr on duty, orders on time, kept promises on warranty, welcoming, family friendly service. All together the best place to shop glasses for every age range. Thanks to Vision Clinic Fonthill.

I broke my glasses, the salesperson went out of her way to help me, needed only frames. She took the demo set off the wall, and put my lenses in them. Above and beyond

I have been to the vision clinic the last couple times I’ve needed glasses and everyone there is very kind, caring and truly cares about making sure you are happy with your glasses when you leave! I would recommend this location to anyone!

I had a really great experience at this clinic, for both my eye exam and the purchase of my eyewear. The optician that helped me (I do not remember her name!) was incredible. She helped me find amazing frames and then really helped with making sure that the lenses were exactly what I needed for daily use. It is the first time that I have had an optician ask me relevant questions and take the time to make sure that I had the right glasses for my needs. I highly recommend this clinic.

My friends and I have had a wonderful experience at the Fonthill Vision Clinic. Nancy is amazing helping pick out frames! She is so much fun and really knows frames and what looks good on people! Just brought my husband in to see her and help him pick out some cool frames. Thanks Nancy! You rock!

Both my husband and I went for new glasses. The service was outstanding. They were very helpful in helping us find Eyewear that suited our faces and our vision needs.there was no pressure just great service. Would recommend to all my friends and will definitely be going back.
