They have different types of glasses. The Staff were very helpful in finding perfect match for my face. My glasses were made promptly, with a call to pick up.

Very bad experience! The woman at the store is very rude, and the person in the back couldn't even tighten up a screw on my eyeglass frame! They kept telling me that they were broken! I took the glasses down the street to Speer Opticians, who gladly fixed them in 2 minutes! I would never recommend The Vision Clinic to anyone! Speer Opticians is highly recommended!

Vision Clinic are a very exceptional eye specialists who are very friendly and courteous. The optometrist is very professional when examining my eyes. I am very happy with my examination and my new glasses. I would recommend these professionals to all my family, friends and to anyone else, who are looking for an eye clinic.

It took a little adjusting to the new glasses, but from the first meeting to my fitting everything was beyond expectations.

The women are always professional and always help me find the perfect frames. I tried to go elsewhere but the service was rather lacking so I returned. Prices are very fair too.

I will Never go back to Vision Clinic Ontario St again! I felt the lady at the front desk was very arrogant! My sunglasses were very dirty and fingerprints on them, both nose pcs were bent in opposite directions. I wasn't told about the 2 for 1 deal! Or any other deals! I spent $ 514.00 and left very disappointed! I will Never Return.

Very poor service. The optometrist wore his mask under his nose and asked tons of questions but interrupted me every time I tried to answer. The staff in the shop did nothing to help me pick out frames. No guidance, no advice. Now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of cheap plastic frame glasses that are constantly too loose! Not impressed and will never go back!

Me and mom called in super last minute a few saturdays back and they were able to squeeze us in! Went in to get my mom's glasses fixed and look at sunglasses! Mich was amazing and was the one who found the perfect sunglass frames for my mom! Super super sweet and helpful! We will not be going anywhere else for any form of glasses!

Nicole was superb in helping me. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try a new colour, she gave me space in trying glasses on my own as well as suggesting ones. She picked out frames that I absoultly LOVE. Very thankful to her.

First time visit and it was a great experience. I am very indecisive and the staff here were so helpful! But they also gave me the chance to browse and try things on myself and then when I had narrowed it down I asked for some help. Quick, easy and they the glasses and sunglasses were ready the next day!

Replace the lady in StCatharines store, I explained my last pair of glasses were poor and I would like to use a pair on my titanium frames from last time she said if they broke them they were not responsible, I said I did not want a warranty on the frames but I did not want them broken by them, I have $600 to spend but I like my frames she could not tell me they would not be broken. So I went elsewhere first thing the person there said do your glasses fit I said no they never have, they took them and in minutes they were like new glasses, needless to say I spent my $600 in that store, I have dealt with vision clinic for many many years as has my whole family but I will not be back and that includes my family and friends, this is due ti one lady who only wanted to sell a pair of frames and no concern for what the customer needed or wanted, this was never about money, but this lady never did ask what was wrong with the glasses that I had bought from them or why I wanted to use my frames. We get into a habit of going where we went before My advice try other places I was happy or I thought for 12 years, they have the same prices everywhere and people are more experienced than the lady at Vision Clinic who is only a sales girl, buy your glasses from someone that can look at you and ask " Do those glasses fit OK "

I must say, the people at this store are fantastic.in a bind i needed an eye exam & a new pair of glasses.called at 9: 05 this morning, they got me in for 9: 20, and was out the door for 11 with my brand new glasses +1 will be going back for my next pairs & to get my kids checked!

Amamzing. Staff are friendly knowledegable and helpful. I had worked all night the night before and was exhausted and Mich did all the work for me. Had my glasses in an hour!

I loved their selection of frames. Coming from Toronto to visit my mom, I popped in their shop to checkout their frames. Thank you so much Joanna! My boyfriend had an emergency and went to the hospital last night and ended up breaking his last pair of glasses. He can't see or work or do anything without them. Joanna was amazing and super helpful and was able to get him glasses the same day so he can go to work on Monday. I would definitely recommend this place.

Website advertises 1 hr service for bifocals and progressives.went to location only to be told only single lenses can be 1 hr. Very disappointed! Change your website info!

I love this place! Nancy was super great, easy to talk to, explained everything, and was very welcoming. The Doctor was also fun and professional. I look forward to my next visit. Thanks to Nancy and the Vision Clinic team.

NEVER AGAIN! I first went in on June 29 for an eye exam and new glasses. When I picked up my glasses the prescription and/or lenses were incorrect. Everything was blurry and I had to wait until July 27 to have my eyes retested. New lenses were made but I was told they were scratched and had to be remade a second time. I went in the store to check that the prescription had been corrected. I still couldn't see clearly in the glasses, although I was told new lenses had been made. I also couldn't see the scratch that was supposed to be on the glasses. I retrieved my two year old prescription from a different optician and asked that my glasses be remade using the old prescription, since the new one was not working out for some reason. I paid $740 and I still do not have my glasses. It's now August 18, far beyond the "One hour super store" claim on Vision Clinic's business card, and far beyond the 7-10 days I was told it would take to get new glasses. I've worn glasses since 1973 and I've never had one problem in the past, much less repeated problems. I'm extremely dissatisfied at this point and frustrated by the lack of any attempt by this business to rectify my inconvenience. The optician was rude when I had to have my eyes retested. He implied the problem was me! Ideally, I would like a refund, but when I asked for one the counter person was not authorised to provide that. There's also a sign posted indicating this business does not provide refunds. Take your business elsewhere. This store does not provide good value, or good customer service.
