This was my first time going to get my first pair of prescription glasses at age 45 and the lady was so nice and patient with me. I will only go there to get glasses. Thanks I can see so much better now.

I was so happy to meet the owner of Vision clinic. She help me find exactly what I was looking for. The service I got was second to none.
And all the staff was super nice.

I continually come to this location to purchase my glasses over the years. There are wonderful people in there always eager to help. The ladies are always honest with your choices and they do their very best to accommodate all your needs.

I went here cuz I broke my eye glasses. Amanda was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I cud use my old lenses for the new frame which worked out in my favour. Good selection of eyewear.

Amazing customer service! I went here for my first ever pair of glasses, and everyone was so helpful and had so much patience with me! It's hard for me to find glasses because I have such a small head! I spent what felt like hours trying to make up my mind. Finally, after making a decision. I went back to pick up my glasses after a short while after placing the order. I realized I really didn't like the ones I had chosen, and I spoke with the manager Kim, and she was beyond accommodating! She helped me yet again find a pair I would be happy with. Yes, this was at least another hour trying on countless pairs of glasses! She was absolutely AMAZING and so helpful. She refused to let me leave until I was completely happy with my choice. They re-did my order, and at the end of it all, I was over the moon happy! You don't get service like that anywhere anymore! I can not thank the staff enough here for being so helpful and accommodating. My entire family goes there now! It's so hard to find good service, and I'll be forever grateful for how I was treated here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful. Kept the glasses within our budget. The doctor was so wonderful. And got us an eye exam within the week. Overall this place is great and would give it 10 stars if I could

I broke my glasses and they were very helpful to find me a new frame that fit my lenses and I love my new glasses. Very helpful staff

Quite pleased with our recent purchases, obtaining new pair of glasses and updating another prescription in an existing frame. Staff was most helpful and all done promptly and at a reasonable cost. Kim was most helpful.

I called to book a appointment I explained my income sources is CPP-D and ODSP
Apparently they are no longer taking patients on ODSP pretty much discriminatory, the receptionist never gave me a chance to ask why or to let me tell her I have private health coverage. I refuse to give my money to places that discriminate against peoples income source

Solid experience at the 5 corners clinic. They took their time and offered great suggestions for my first set of frames. Prescription was in within a couple of days and they let me know right away.

I was very scared to use contact lenses and when I walked into this place I told them all my worries and all my problems I had they were very nice professional and they provide me with the right eye contact I needed plus they gave me eye contact to try for free just to see if my eyes were getting used to it and after coming back I told him that I had some issues with it and there were very understanding and they gave me another eye contact to try and when I was very satisfied with it they helped me out to get the correct eye contact
when you walk into this place you feel like you're with family

First off my wife and I dropped off our prescription together. I needed safety glasses for work, and she needed updated frames and lenses. Upon our pick up both glasses were wrong entirely. My prescription, was used in both pairs of glasses which meant she had to wait another week or so for her glasses. We dropped off 2 different scripts right after our eye exam (which was an excellent exam). My glasses weren't set up to be safety glasses, and both transitions aren't even darker then dollar store kids glasses! When she mentioned they weren't dark at all the same receptionist that input our info wrong told her that there was an overcast despite being in direct sunlight and then under UV light. Total waste of money. I wouldn't and already have not recommended this place.

Although I’ve tried a couple of other eyeglasses places, I have gone back to vision care in Niagara Falls for many years. I usually get two pairs of glasses every two years, I’ve only had trouble with one pair and they were quickly replaced. I have been very happy with service and help in choosing styles of glasses.
