Abdullah was so helpful and really took time to explain why he was doing everything to my 10 year old daughter. He gave good recommendations and made the whole experience exceptional. We would definitely return here.

6 Stars if I could - hands down the best optometrist in Waterdown. The customer service received was amazing! The owner went over and above, drove hours to personally pick up my frames because I was in desperate need of new ones. Definitely switching from the Flamborough Family eyecare to Vision Clinic, and bringing the entire family over to them. Thank you ladies! You'll be seeing me back very soon!

I have been going to the Vision Clinic for over 8 years. Over that time I have purchased 4 pairs of progressives, some reading and more recently sunglasses. Robyn has been great in assisting me pick out frames and I have also sent my teenage children to get her advice. My son lost his glasses recently. Robyn quickly identified a supplier as his frames were purchased several years ago. As he was out of town, I came into the store with a photo of him to ensure that his old frame was still the correct size. To help expedite the process, Robyn arranged for the lenses to be cut while we waited for the frames to come in.

Staff give excellent customer service and are always friendly and welcoming.always a pleasure dealing with them.

I needed a new pair of glasses, since my vision changed slightly over the last few years and my glasses were looking a little worn.

My son recommended Vision Clinic and I wasn’t disappointed. They were extremely friendly and helpful. My new glasses are awesome and surprisingly easier to adjust to from day one. I wear progressive glasses and usually it takes a little to adjust but not these.

It was suggested that I might like the clip on sunglasses and WOW what a great idea. I no longer need to buy a pair of prescription sunglasses.

Was helped by Rachel and Robyn to find 2 pairs of glasses. I was in and out in an hour and am 100% happy with the service and the glasses!

My prescription sunglasses developed a scratch in the lens after less than a year; so, I brought them in to see if a repair could be made. Instead, since they were still within the warranty period, a complete new set of lenses was made!
When it came time to have the lenses installed, the manager drove them personally to the lab in Stoney Creek and had them back the very same day! Just in time for the long weekend!

Me and my son come to this location and the staff is great welcoming and great with my child! I recommend coming here if you want to get your eyes checked or glasses!

I went the Vision Clinic because I wanted to get help finding the perfect frames for my face. I was very glad I did. I was served by Robyn who carefully considered my face shape and spent time suggesting frames that fit me and matched what I liked. I bought frames I love and also got prescription sunglasses, too. All within my insurance limit. Looking forward to returning after my next eye appt.

This place is awesome because of how much they're willing to accommodate you. I needed an eye exam and the dr was full but they were able to manage and squeeze me in. Robyn has a really good eye for what glasses go on people's face shape, you can tell she's being doing this for a while and passionately, and she's so encouraging too she encourages you to go with the style you want not what other people will think. I love the opticians here because they actually take the time to listen to what you need from your lenses and I can't imagine going elsewhere after shopping here. Definitely recommend
