KOFI is the convertible whisperer. Took in my BMW convertible for a very complex fix thag very few people in this world would know how to do properly and he fixed it. Everything about Kofi is amazing. He is polite, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and solved a complex situation. Anything to do with my convertible Kofi is the guy I'm going to. Highly recommend!

I brought my truck in for an inspection find out where the leak in my windshield was coming from turns out that the leak itself was not coming from the windshield but for my sunroof, when I had my truck Line- x. The guys at vision hooked up my drains dried out my mats and rug, put my truck back together from the inside and everything's perfect again. I'm very happy with the work, and the detail they took in making sure that this doesn't happen again. They took many photographs of the steps taken to get my truck clean and dry. I would totally recommend this company.

Called them in a pinch and had an appointment the same day and an estimate in 15 minutes. A fantastic experience overall.

Have a very good experience from the first call I inquired with the company. Very courtesy service from start to finish, even all processes to my insurance company are all taken care of.

The shop has special equipment to recalibrate the lenses behind the windshield that I checked a few auto glass shops cannot do it.

Vision just installed a new soft top on my 2000 Toyota Solara. Looks amazing! From start to finish, the process was top rate. I must admit I was a little skeptical in dealing with a Glass Replacement shop for my convertible. A friend of mine has a shop in the city where he brings his BMW. When I told him my convertible top was giving me problems, he told me to call his shop. When I called them and explained the situations, they recommended me to Vision Glass Toronto. I called Vision Glass and spoke with Liz. She put me at ease, and advised me that Kofi is an expert on convertible repairs. I just got back with my 2008 Audi A4 Convertible, and Kofi did indeed work his magic. He is very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. I want to thank the staff at Vision Glass Toronto. Great service. They coordinated with insurance company. Before scheduling windshield replacement. They made sure it was in stock. Rather then wait they dropped me off at home and picked me up once all was done.

An absolute gem! I was extremely impressed with the customer service and experience at Vision Glass’s. I had booked an appointment online with Speedy Auto Glass in Bolton. When I arrived 15 minutes early to NY appointment on October 8th, I was not impressed with the condescending attitude I was met with. I was not going to trust my windshield with HUD among other options to this individual. I cancelled on the spot. I went to have other unrelated service at Prima Mazda yet another impressive service department! I asked for an honest referral for my Gass chip and was offered Vision. I called customer service, a female, already welcoming and helpful. I arrived 5 mins later to a warm welcome and immediate prompt service. Clean professional environment! An older gentleman was my service technician. Completely trustworthy presented very well! Job well done! I would have to go hunting to find the spot where the chip was! I was out in less than an hour. I asked if he would see whether I needed new wipers I know some businesses would have said yes and sold me what I wouldn’t need. He cleaned mine and said they were fine! I can’t say enough about my experience here. They are not a huge chain company, but definitely a diamond! I hands down recommend this place for windshield repair! Another positive it was cheaper than Speedy, Apple and A1!

My convertible top was destroyed and I email Amanda, who helped me choose a replacement top, was friendly and patient. We had bought a used Boxster with original rear vinyl window. We took it to Vision and Mark walked us through what to expect. He is the real deal and spent time making sure our expectations were aligned with the services his shop could provide. If you want sugar coating or lipstick, this is not your spot. Amazing customer service and awsome staff. Had an issue with a rental car (jeep windsheild cracked) Got a same day appointment, windshield replaced with very little turn around time. Excellent price and will go back if any further issues with windshields on any of my vehicles.

What nice staff and owner Mark! I was very impressed with the service here and the warmth and kindness shown to me. I got there for the appointment and the insurance company had only approved so far the windshield but not the calibration that had to be done after the installation of the windshield. Since I had drove 45 mins to get there on a very cold morning, Mark didn't let me leave without my installation. He was kind and understanding and knew he would get the approval the following week. I was very impressed with what he did, I will always send people to you as you're an honourable man. Thanks again to you and your staff for all your help!

Brought my VW GTI to the dealership for cracked windshield and surprised to find out they sub-contracted out. I was skeptical at first but was impressed after the first phone call from Vision Glass. They made the insurance claim process painless - just a picture of the insurance slip and they will take care of the rest.

They used original VW original windshield along with excellent workmanship warranty. When I picked up the car, there was not a single fingerprint on the glass. They wiped it down clean - that's detail!

Now the final thing that put them on the top of my recommendation list - I encountered some minor issue and called them back a month later. No question asked, no but, no push back.a simple reply "no problem - when would you like to go back to the dealership". They booked the appointment and call me back to confirm. That's a GREAT service that is hard to fine nowadays.

My special recognition also goes to Liz and Adriana being so professional and courteous from beginning to end! Although I never met or talked to the owner, he/she must have excellent management leadership to attract and maintain staff like Liz & Adriana to provide this kind of top notch service.

Brought my car to Vision for a stone chip repair. Adriana at the front desk was such a pleasure to deal with. Mark was very informative about the stone chip repair process. Unfortunately for me during the chip repair the chip expanded which can happen. They credited me the chip repair cost and I came later the same day to have the windshield replaced. Due to some rust issues Mark informed me the replacement was going to take a bit longer as the rust needed to be cleaned and a rust inhibitor applied. Mark was so nice he asked if I'd had lunch and offered to pay for my lunch. I'd already eaten so I declined, but it left me so surprised at the level of customer service that I had to leave a review. Mark at Vision Glass and his staff go above and beyond! Earlier that morning he noticed a broken bottle in the parking lot and took it apon himself to go clean it so his customers wouldn't incure any tire damage. This is not something you see every day. I have nothing but good things to say about Vision! They care about their customers! Ty!

This is a top notch establishment. Very professional from start to finish. A buddy of mine recommended Vision Glass to me. My windshield cracked and I wasn't sure where to go so he suggested I go to Vision. So glad I did. The staff is amazing, the girls at the front desk are so friendly and knowledgeable and the technician who did the job was highly skilled and very proficient, answering all my questions to put me at ease. I will definitely be telling my family and friends to go there if they need their windshields replaced. Hard to find places like this anymore.

Had a stone chip going into work around 630am. Left a voicemail and had my appointment booked the same day by 330p and by 445p, and came the moment stone chip freedom. To top it off, Liz, the boss, deals with my insurance company and finally my premiums paid itself without an increase. Stellar service all across from front to back office staff.

Very friendly and professional staff from the girls in the front to the workers in the back. I am very particular with my vehicles and will not let just anyone work on them. I had a bunch of questions about the installation process and asked to speak directly to the installer. Mark was very professional and answered ALL my questions ensuring the work will be done properly. He did not disappoint. I am very happy with the outcome. This is the second vehicle I had replaced a windshield on and would not even think of going anywhere else in the future. The best part is, you will not have to drive around with stupid tape on your windshield for a week because they do it the right way. Keep up the good work. Had an OEM windshield replaced on a 2018 Kia Stinger. Took 3hrs for the install.
