Vision Room Studios

I did 2 photoshoots here, for 2 different families, and loved the experience both times! It was bright and sunny out on day 1 and then quite dull and dark day 2. I've done photoshoots at other studios when it is dull outside, and their indoor lighting was not sufficient enough for good pictures. Indoor lighting is amazing here at vision studios! Additionally, they provide additional photography lighting that's already set up (another feature that is missing in many other studios). Overall, love it!

Photos turned out great, the studio was lovely and everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

The best multi purpose studio in the GTA from photoshoots to intimate events to puppy yoga classes, anything is possible at the vision room. They have different aesthetically pleasing spaces to utilize, I always have a perfect experience at the vision room and highly recommend it to everyone!

My partner and I had a lovely experience taking Christmas couple photos with their in-house photographer, Jason. It was our first time getting professional photos done, but he showed us exactly how to pose and made us laugh and comfortable throughout the whole time. We would definitely recommend this studio to our friends and family. We are very excited to see our photos soon.

TLDR; Paid $226 for 30 min of mother's day photos (2 sessions) here on May 9th with their inhouse photographer. Today is July 10th. I still do not have pictures or a refund despite being promised both at various points. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I cannot recommend this place any less.

Long version:
I booked two back to back mother's day mini sessions to commemorate both mother's day and my mom's 60th bday. We are people who don't really get out much, so this was a pretty unique thing for us to do. The place itself was lovely, bright, and spacious. The photographer that the studio provided was very professional and really helped us to have fun and feel comfortable. The session itself was a great experience. The photographer said we would receive an email link with our photos.

Two weeks after the session, I hadn't had any communication from the studio so I sent an email asking when the pictures would be available. There was no response. I waited a week and sent another follow-up email to ask again. Still no response. I waited another week and started calling. It took a few days until someone picked up the phone. I explained the situation and asked when the pictures would be available. The person on the phone asked me for my name, and a description of who was there, what we were wearing. I provided all of that. He said he would look into it and send the pictures ASAP. There was no followup.

Two weeks had passed and I called again. The person on the phone already knew why I was calling. He said he was surprised that I didn't receive the link and that he would make sure to send it to me by the end of the day. Surprise, surprise. I did not receive anything. I called a few days later. Again, the person on the phone knew why I was calling. He said his producer told him the photos had been sent, so he wasn't sure why I didn't receive them. He was going to follow up with his producer and call me right back. I did not hear back from him.

I decided to go in person. It says online they open 8AM every day. I went during the day and there was no one there. It was locked.

At this point it has been almost two months since the session. I had sent two emails, called 3 times, and went to the physical location in an attempt to get a resolution on this. Each time I was either ignored or told I would receive a followup that never came. I was very nice the entire time and did not give anyone a hard time. I think at this point I'm pretty justified in feeling upset.

I asked my husband to call instead. When he finally got through to someone, the person on the phone told him that the files were corrupted. The photos from our session all show up on the camera but are unable to be viewed when they are uploaded. Apparently they attempted to work with a 3rd party to save the files but were unable to do so. So, on top of basically ignoring me, they lied to me the entire time that I was contacting them. There were no pictures to send. The person offered my husband a refund of $100 (which is for one session, I had two) and a free hour-long photoshoot to make up for the trouble. He said I would receive a confirmation email for the refund. This was over a week ago, and guess what. There was no followup, no email, nothing.

As far as I'm concerned this is literally theft. They took my money and did not provide any service. So far it has been impossible to resolve this with them directly. Any attempt at communication is either ignored or filled with promises that never materialize. I'm just astounded to be dealing with a business like this and hope someone else will learn from my experience and take their business elsewhere.

No interruptions, great music, coat racks, make up station, chair, good size change room, bathroom. It felt like a well set up studio so that we could just focus on the shoot.
I had to edit this review as I have gone back 2 additional times due to exceptional customer service and experience once for another photoshoot, and next for my daughter's 1st Birthday party event. This can be a one-stop-shop for people interested in both a photoshoot and event space rental. Aj and Jason are both exceptional men catering to their customers. They are very easy going and really made us feel at home for our event. We have had so many guests expressing to want to celebrate events here. So much more to write here about an amazing experience we had for our event because of them! Thank you vision room! We will surely see you again!

I had surprised my sister with a maternity shoot with their Mother’s Day special and she had such a positive experience at 9 months pregnant. The room was decorated beautifully and it was so easy to just show up and be on our way after with no hassles. Thank you for creating memories she’ll always remember ️

I booked the Mother’s Day mini photoshoot and Jason was our photographer. He was very understanding as my daughter was a bit cranky. He was able to get her to cooperate and smiling. He was extremely patient and made our shoot experience so incredibly enjoyable. Jason, went above and beyond to accommodate a few special request and most of all our photos turned out fantastic! Highly recommend Vision Rooms for your photo shoot sessions.

This is the best place to capture precious moments. The decor in each room is amazing and the staff is very helpful. Can’t wait to book another session.

Had our daughters First birthday party here. It is such a great space and everyone from the studio was really helpful and accommodating. They made sure the whole experience was seamless and wonderful. 10/10 would recommend anyone to use them for both events or for their photo studio needs

We took our wedding photos this past weekend at the Vision Room and the set up was absolutely stunning! All of the staff were very nice as well and we would definitely recommend going here to take photos

We had a wonderful experience at the Vision Room Studios. The space was large enough to accommodate our guest list of almost 50 people. The restrooms and studios were clean and the furniture was organized as communicated. The team was extremely helpful in setting the table and chairs and checking in to provide assistance! My family and I had a great experience at this location. The Christmas decorations in the Queens Manor was stunning! The photographer did an amazing job with the Christmas photoshoot, especially coordinating three kids and our dog! The photos came out beautiful!

Came here recently to shoot some concept videos and the host was amazing! He was the most flexible, and nicest person and provided the best service, making sure we felt comfortable and relaxed. The decor and the work they put into each room was also beautiful! Definitely would recommend.

My family had an awesome experience! My daughter loves Christmas and seeing the Santa that they had there (Terry) he was amazing with both my kids! Little one cried but at the end loved him. My eldest was over the moon with how sweet he was. After the shoot we got to bond with him too and talk a little to get to know him which made our experience one of a kid. Very very pleased with this studio!

My first time here and OMG the place is beautiful! They have such beautiful rooms, perfect for pre-engagement, wedding, fashion editorial and even family portraits. The best part, one room is completely different from the other and they keep changing the designs often.
Definitely coming back soon!

Perfect place to host an intimate event. Each room has its own vibe. The staff was very helpful and helped us setup for the event on time. We never felt rushed to wrap up on time as well. Would definitely recommend it.

Best studio for professional photography. Our in house photographer, Inder, was absolutely amazing, a pleasure to deal with. Went above and beyond, and we cannot thank him enough. We decided on the “Queens Manor” studio which was very tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and designs (It was a difficult choice because all of their rooms are excellent!) Booking our appointment over the phone was easy. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended!

This event space is perfect for a variety of celebrations! The different themes and rooms creates a unique experience for you and your guests. Management is knowledgable and super responsive which is just what you need when planning an event!:)

It was amazing. Private rooms for your function. They do not rush you. Very flexible. We will definitely be booking them again. So professional. You need to reserve for your function or photos. You won't be disappointed.

The place had such good reviews and I had been seeing pictures on Instagram posted by a lot of people online for this studio. I need a studio which had dark theme this fit my theme perfectly. They had tons on furniture, a lot of props. My 5 stars rating goes to owner n the co-owner right from the beginning they were courteous and polite, guided us really well. They Made sure that I was comfortable. I was so happy that music played the whole time and the studio was so accommodating to my needs. I will recommend not once not twice but 10s or hundred times this studio is worth the hype, time and reasonable rental. Next time you want a place for an event, need to shoot for a brand, wedding, maternity whatever it is book this place.

Definitely worth going in and making memories with your lived ones here! We went for our family photoshoot, great staff and a very talented Photographer. We had Jason doing our photoshoot, very patient with my little ones and was very welcoming. Definitely going back for more shoots!

We used the Jaipur room for our wedding photos, it was a beautiful and clean space with lots of great natural lighting. The staff were also very friendly.

Had our Santa experience here and it was amazing! Santa was real looking, the photos were great quality and the kids got to spend quite a bit of personal time with Santa. Unforgettable thank you!

The gentleman there met us at the door, welcomed us in, and showed us around. Their rooms were beautifully set up. They let us do our photos and was lenient with us because of our baby. Great customer service!

We booked the Jaipur room in Vision Room Studios for our wedding photography in December, as it was too cold to venture outdoors. I was incredibly relieved to find such a pretty studio in Brampton, as we didn't want to drive out 45 minutes to downtown for a photoshoot. The booking process was straightforward - I booked it online for an hour, and everything went smoothly. The room was actually larger than I expected and we had a lot of fun taking pictures in this cozy room!

Had fun doing my first engagement shoot there for Christmas. Friendly and helpful staff, there in house photography was amazing as well. Very clean, organizing, nice rooms.

As a photographer I have been here a few times and I enjoy seeing there set ups each month and taking pictures of clients. They are always happy customers.

This is such a hidden gem! I went 2 weeks ago for a friend's wedding eshoot and immediately fell in love with the place. I decided right there and then that I wanted to book this place for my next anniversary shoot and I was not disappointed. The staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. I shot in the Kings room and in the Jaipur room. Both rooms compeltly different from one another, well kept and clean. At the end of our shoot time the staff came in and let us know it was time to wrap up but did not rush us to leave, we completed our shoot and were a few minutes over our slot time but the staff was still very understanding. Highly reccomend this spot for all future shoots! They have about 4 rooms in total all with different themes and equally as pretty!

I booked this place for my mother’s birthday dinner … nice place and very intimate setting I didn’t need to do much decor because thier set ups are beautiful to begin with.overall these guys were great and very professional I would definitely book them again for other occasions or photo shoot.and location is great so that’s a plus

Let me start with wow! Vision room is definitely the best studio in the GTA! The way everything is decorated staged and set up so nicely each room is unique the customer service is over the roof. Had a wonderful experience at Vision Room Studios for my mom’s 50th birthday! They were very accommodating and although we were late, we still got to use the studio for 1 hour! We rented the Queen’s Manor and the space is set up beautifully!

I booked my appointment for my professional headshots and they did a great job. Were very fast, friendly and informative. Were even able to help me out with a portrait for my grandfathers funeral, as unfortunate the circumstances were.

My fiancé planned a surprise proposal for me here back in February and it was simply the most magical moment of my life! The ambiance and overall space at Vision Room is amazing. Huge plus: we got lucky with a beautiful Valentine’s Day set up too! I later planned my best friends Bridal Shower here in May and they did not disappoint yet again. The spring setup was up the second time around and created such a magical, warm and inviting environment. I’d highly recommend this space to anyone planning an event or photoshoot.
