The best truck repair facility in the GTA and the service is first class. This facility is state of the art. Make sure to try the drivers lounge. They have free coffee, free Wi-Fi, and there's also shower facilities.

Hello everyone. I’m going to vision almost 20 yrs to get my part I know everyone working there are amazing people.
But I have to say I’m very pleased and very impressed by my friend Mr. Bill at the part department.
Bill has a very nice attitude, very experienced very helpful honestly there are not enough world to say.
Bill even happened 2 times on his lunch break search and order a part for me.
There are times that some parts are very perhaps difficult and hard to find but Bill finds them orders them for me and he give this tired man that peace of mind and comfort smile that everything and this challenge going to be ok for me.
Hand down my friend Bill I really appreciate all your hard work and help along the way to all of us brother.

Brampton vision truck team is the most expert and professional mechanics for Volvo trucks and parts. They have authentic truck parts for Volvo and Mac. I had to deal with their CSR Lucky and Jaspreet, I found them the most professional and welcoming and they were very helpful in all my queries. Very professional humans.

These guys are complete rip off, they found problems in my truck that didn't even exist and tried to make money off of me, they tried to charge me $8000 for repairs which was never needed. I went elsewhere and got the parts from Volvo for $250 dollars and $750 labour and got it done. I warn everyone that works hard for their money, go elsewhere they will rip you off.

This place has to be the worst of the worst! I bought 10 trucks from Vission, and will never buy another one again from this useless company. They have no clue how to treat or look after there customers! They are a bunch of incompetent useless PEOPLE from the technician to the service manergers! My truck sat there for almost a week, because they could not find a belt for my truck that is only 2 years old, they kept giving me the run around, finally i had to get one my self! AFTER giving close to 1.5 million dollars in business, Then they would not release the truck.because they wanted to get paid from work they did earlierin the week, unless i paid them.this was on Saturday morning. 9am, this was the tipping point! I told them i will pay them monday morning.and they refused! After knowing me for over 10 years and never not paid them!
FOR ME I WILL NEVER NEVER ORDER ANOTHER TRUCK FROM THEM! WILL ORDER A NEW TRUCK FROM KENWORTH.

These guys do not pick up the phone. Also, why do you close earlier than your operating hours. If you close at 4: 00pm maybe you guys should update your hours so people don't come here burning gas to be greeted by a security gaurd, refusing to let you in saying you close at 4, while there are clearly people inside. Instead of replying back to reviews, you guys should think about actually acting upon the issues and correcting them. Completely unacceptable

Very disappointed with the service from parts department. Drove over one hour, Website hours list parts department open until 4: 30pm Saturday, doors locked and closed at 4: 03pm, barely any customers inside aswell. No justifiable reason for them to be closing their doors half an hour early. Is management aware of this? Curious to know who runs this place. Poor business standards for an internationally acclaimed trucking company. Will be taking by business to a more professional dealership group going forward.

Good location. No need to call and wait on hold. They have a link on their website to place orders online. Just send and wait for the reply. Usualy 20 min. You can upload a picture of the needed part as well. Try to explain the leaking, painted black valve on the frame. Picture helped. Just a hint. Email them full VIN. Who knew that CHU and CXU are different. They email you a pick up number and you go to shipping to pick it up. No issues and COVID safe. Love it.

Saying warranty coverage, But 35k bill without authorization.
Very surprising communications, and when it comes to talks, you will see their attitude, I would rather drive out of town for good service.

Yesterday we visit this dealership for truck parts.because of Covid they are allowing just curb side pickup.i called them on given number and wait for 1hour 35 minutes to answer my call.but no one answer my call i saw two guys at reception just chatting with each other no one is on phone and not answering any phone call.then i called on shipping ext from other phone and that guy told very proudly we don't care from how long you are waiting there is some guys wait for more than two hours.this is there proud. They don't care what we need.this is called essential service of Volvo.keep it up guys proud on you in this time for your best services.

Bought New Volvo 760 May /2019
Leak from Roof very 1st day Bring back to dealer they change the sunroof and seal
Same leak again till now
Everytime bring back to them same Thing they doing just changing the sunroof and seal
Drop my truck at service 6 time for same problem
Nothing being fixed yet
From Last 7 days parked at volvo in same parking spot checked with them today if ut is fixed
Now finally they find out
It need to be fixed at Auto body shop
After 7months they find out
Very BaD service
Still no idea how much time they going to take to fix that issue or even if they can fix that!

Highly satisfied with excellent service, mechanic and other departments. Team effort was obvious. Provided Quick diagnostics and was honest about downtime and rates. Clean TV lounge, mirowave and coffee.

Very bad service I have experienced in Dec just before holidays season. Tall guy (just ignoring to put his name) at 3: 45 pm spoke loudly we will not serve you while I am standing in a row
When I asked its not 4 pm yet the answer is very arrogant way we will not serve you.
Somehow another person serve me as I just need one air bag
I still thank the tall guy and he replied acting as an owner you don't need to thank me I didn't serve you
Wow if you don't satisfy with your job just quit.
There should b a better way atleast explain the reason before refusing or put signs it may close early.

Salesperson named SSodhi doesnt know a thing about customer service. Told him I need a bottle of steering fluid. I then decided to buy 2 bottles and brought them to counter. He said to me that i was getting only one bottle and I told him I am taking one extra just in case. He gave me that rude look and shook his head like he is fed up and now he has to do the big job of charging me for that 2nd bottle. Learn something about customer service buddy. You are there to help, not to judge people.

Good place to buy dealer parts for volvo trucks, because they usually have most of parts in stock. They have enough staff members for customers service, it means no long waiting time. I personally love their new location, good job guys.

Before buying any part just make sure that you really need it. Otherwise their is a handling charge for returning it and it’s mentioned in the small letter at the bottom of the bill. Just bought just 10 nuts and returned it and the handling charges are 25$

And they are not even 100 grams in weight.

Rude night staff. No concern for the needs of customers. Matt is a great foreman. Goes above and beyond. Had a technician tell me I'm stupid and body damage caused by them is such a minor issue.

Been here twice with sensor issues
Both time right in to computer and started working with problem right after that.
Last time they didn’t have parts, can happen, did take extra time.
But overall, compare to other options for your Volvo, Vision is far better option.
One really annoying thing is here too as any other places, one hour can mean anything between 1-12 hours. Why they can’t say right away, it will be about.hours?
Today, 3 times I asked, always.mmm not more then hour.

Saturday May 11 we brought in the Volvo for an engine derate, we got the truck back the following Wednesday and were supposed to take a load to Vancouver, imagine our surprise when the same thing happened again on Thursday morning, we returned with the truck and got it back the following day Friday, then Saturday morning again we tried to leave with a load to vancouver, and in the exact same place as the last time the engine derated a third time. This time it was a long weekend so I don’t expect the truck to be back from the shop until mid week.

But no miles rolled, means no money for me (and as I am the company driver assigned to the owner operator this is frustrating me!)
Since the initial repair I am out aproximatly 5,500 miles, which at my pay rate is equal to about $1543

This is the worst dealership. Service dept is the worst. My 2019 truck having startup issues. We tested one battery was bad Took to parts they said its warranties take to service. Lady over there was so rude. She said install the batteries again and then bring the truck back I ask her i can do it can you take this truck in He need to go on road tonight. She refused. Other Jurk sitting next to her was laughing. I left Bad Battery there Buy new one and replace myself. Reported to service manager He said i will look into and call me back. No calls so far.
